Research On The Impact Of Innovation Information Disclosure In The Electronic Information Manufacturing Industry On Enterprise Performance

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the Party and the Government have attached great importance to the development of digital economy,making it a national strategy.As the main industry of the digital economy,the electronic information manufacturing industry is characterized by strong resilience,rapid innovation and steady transformation and upgrading.It has reached broad consensus to adhere to independent innovation,remedy key technological shortcomings,solve "bottleneck" problems in important areas,and promote the advanced and modernized development of the industry.Innovation information disclosure is an important channel to understand the depth of industrial development and the core advantages of enterprises.Therefore,it is very important to study the impact of innovation information disclosure on enterprise performance in electronic information manufacturing industry.This paper selects 365 listed companies in the electronic information manufacturing industry from 2012 to 2019 as research samples,adopts the word frequency analysis method of "seed word set + Word2 vec similar word expansion" to obtain the innovation information disclosure index,and uses the system GMM model to explore the impact of innovation information disclosure on enterprise performance.Impact.Based on the data foundation and technical support of industry research,Huatian Technology was selected as the case study object,and the industry conclusions were further verified at the micro level and the specific situation of the case company’s innovation information disclosure was found.It tries to find the suggestions and countermeasures to improve the innovation information disclosure,so as to help the case company and the whole electronic information manufacturing industry to improve the innovation information disclosure level and promote the improvement of enterprise performance.The research results show that:(1)The innovation information disclosure index of my country’s electronic information manufacturing industry is relatively low,and has been on a declining trend in recent years;at the same time,its innovation information disclosure has a significant positive impact on enterprise performance,among which,the positive impact on innovation performance The facilitation effect is stronger and has a negative impact on financial performance in the short term,but the benefits outweigh the disadvantages in the long term.(2)Huatian technology’s innovation information disclosure and industry conclusion are consistent,even can reflect the positive role of innovation information disclosure on corporate performance in the current period.In addition,Huatian Technology’s innovation information disclosure index changes in an “M” shape,there has been a cliff fall since 2018 especially.Its innovative information disclosure has problems such as single method,scattered content,and poor quality.This is caused by its weak awareness of disclosure initiative,unsound system,and low violation costs.Based on the research results,the paper puts forward the following suggestions on improving the information disclosure of Huatian technology’s innovation:(1)Strengthen patent protection and improve disclosure awareness;(2)Broaden disclosure channels and establish a disclosure system;(3)Increase supervision and strengthen Internal management.It should be noted that the above measures require the joint efforts of multiple entities throughout the disclosure process.
