This article is based on my personal experiences of business study for years andfocusing on the plan of GIS assessment and its adjectives, and in addition to theimplementation of fuzzy mathematics associated assessing module.Based on the analysisof many difficult issues in assessing real estates in China, including their respectivechallenges, we now target at those similar assessment cases that used to defer ouroperations and particularly the assessments of real estate costs and prices.After acomplete and systematic research on the computer assisted fuzzy mathematic assessingmodule, we wish to share with you the following important discoveries: It is an excellentsolution to apply fuzzy mathematics to our assessing jobs as fuzzy classification and itssearching methods work effectively with similar case picking up from our massivedatabase that we all have with our real estate assessment, similar cases help greatly withour pending assessments.It's also a development of assessing method that does enhanceour accuracy.A fuzzy mathematics theory applied comparison helps in correcting thedifference between selected assessing operations and our pending jobs in a great volume,and simultaneously assists to revise prices of those similar cases. Furthermore, it couldalso help define the prices of a real estate project with modified prices of different actualassessments, i.e.: to calculate the number of similar assessments as well as to identifyrelevant elements. With this method, we are now able to move much faster with ourassessing jobs. Compared with other similar systems of the same kind in China, the GIS assessmentand its adjectives may broaden our application scope and also improve our assessmentaccuracy as well. Furthermore, this GIS system may assist the policy makers with itsprice fluctuation forecasts. It is an effective way for governments and business entities toshare info resources.The GIS system has been initially applied in marketing the SplendidCentury real estate project in Wuhan, China and works finely in a share to the revenuegeneration.
