Along with the rapid development of the global economy,International cooperation is becoming increasingly important and prevalent.Make each country has promoted the Transnational operation.Facing the situation of world economic integration.Many Chinese enterprises are going aboard participate in global trading for broader development.Thailand has away been China's comprehensive strategic partnership since the two countries established their national relations.However,There are culture conflicts in the process of doing business and some international enterprises cannot adapt themselves to culture difference.In different countries,People who live in a unique environment,They are some of the unique cultural characteristics.Therefore the transnational business of enterprises,Activities that have communication and negotiation with the local people is one of the main problem that managers need to solve.Moreover,the Transnational operation are related multinational cooperation.So they have to face the situation with the different culture of each country,Different enterprise culture and different cultures of employees,Which This has caused many obstacles in the work.Although,The Transnational operation has become familiar.But the Transnational operation becoming more intense competition,The cross-cultural management is one of thing which every enterprise must manage.So cross-cultural management is a key of multinational enterprise for success.The paper first introduces some related theories about culture and cross-cultural management,including the concept of cultural different and cultural conflict,and expounds the theory and current situation of corporate culture.Meanwhile,discusses the present situation of the cross cultural management of Huawei Technology Co.Ltd.in Thailand,through in-depth interviews for cross cultural management problems.This paper is based on the Huawei Technology Co.Ltd.in Thailand as an example,also discusses the problems of cross cultural management of Huawei Technology Co.Ltd.in Thailand and the impact of cultural conflict on the management of enterprises,To points out the cultural conflict,including language and communication conflicts,ideological conflict,human resource management conflict,decision conflict and religion conflict between Chinese and Thai employees.Then,In view of the cultural differences between China and Thailand and the differences between Chinese and Thai corporate culture,we find out the causes of cross-cultural conflicts.The last past of this study,discusses the problems existing in the cross culture management of Huawei Technology Co.,Ltd.in Thailand,and a proposal for the solution of the cultural differences and the strategies of cross cultural management of China companies in Thailand.
