The characteristic town originated in Zhejiang, which is an important support for China to promote new urbanization and economic transformation and upgrading under the background of rural revitalization.Among them, the cultural characteristic towns also shoulder the responsibility of inheriting the characteristic culture, which is an important measure to promote the cultural construction of our country. In the specific practice of town construction, how to re-use the local characteristic culture has become a problem that cannot be solved in the construction of cultural characteristic towns.Based on the thinking of cultural re-engineering and communication in the construction of characteristic towns, this paper selects cases to investigate and determines the Shipai opera culture town in Huaining County of Anqing City as the object of investigation.Through field research visits and literature review, the author traces the local unique opera culture in the vertical direction, and finds"what is"in the history of the stone opera.Through the field investigation and questionnaire survey, the Shipai Opera Town was investigated to understand the current construction progress, overall planning and communication impact of the town, and to summarize the problems faced by the Shipai Opera Town discovered during the inspection. And challenges.Based on the main purpose of the construction of culturally-characteristic towns,as well as the history of the opera culture of Shipai, the empirical materials and problems faced by the Shipai opera town, the cultural re-creation and dissemination of the Shipai opera town was analyzed,t is believed that the town of Shipai Opera has become more and more similar in the cultural re-engineering,and the narrow extension of the opera culture has a single form.It emphasizes the cultural activities but ignores its propaganda and the lack of deep content in the information dissemination. In the horizontal direction,it also analyzes the path and means of communication for the cultural re-creation of domestic cultural towns, and compares it with the Shipai opera town in terms of cultural reconstruction and communication,;in order to explore the re-creation and dissemination of Shipai's opera culture more comprehensively. In the cultural re-engineering and dissemination of domestic cultural towns, the culture has been made into a scene that can be experienced, and the possibility of deepening the culture to form an industrial cluster is attempted. And it will hold a variety of cultural activities to spread the characteristic culture to enhance the popularity of the town, pay attention to tapping its own characteristic culture, and tell the story of the unique town. Finally, from the rise of the case to the overall thinking of the cultural re-creation and dissemination of the characteristic town,it is considered that the cultural re-engineering of the characteristic town is a systematic system, which not only includes the inheritance of culture and the reproduction design of culture, but also the promotion and spread of culture.Cultural re-engineering needs to take care of these aspects. In the cultural re-engineering of characteristic towns, the care of inheritance cannot ignore the subjectivity of human beings, and the cultural inheritance needs to experience the life in order to truly make the culture lively. In the design and reconstruction of culture,it is also necessary to dig deep into the cultural possibilities to create a multicultural carrier. In the promotion and dissemination of culture,it is necessary to forge its own content expression and style, cultivate its own communication platform, and synchronize the information dissemination of the town with the construction of the town.
