In the process of actively carrying out transnational business activities,the phenomenon of cross-cultural conflict is inevitable,which is a double-edged sword for the business development of enterprises.In recent years,the M &A activities of MF software companies have become more and more frequent.At the same time,with the continuous improvement of the main business competitiveness,MF software companies are committed to developing software for more and more large group enterprises.In this process,the impact of cross-cultural conflict is quite obvious,including the cross-cultural conflict of staff in different positions in the team,the cross-cultural conflict between MF Software Company and customers,etc.Although MF software company has improved the emphasis on intercultural conflict management at this stage,there are still some problems in the development of MF software company's intercultural conflict management,which has hindered the competitiveness of MF software company.Based on the research viewpoints of experts and scholars at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of MF software company's cross-cultural conflict management with the theory of cultural dimension and communication behavior,and then finds out the shortcomings of MF software company's cross-cultural conflict management,and puts forward MF software company's cross-cultural conflict management strategies and corresponding safeguard measures.It is hoped that the cross-cultural conflicts of MF software companies can be effectively resolved,and the advantages of MF Software Companies' transnational operation can be further exerted,so as to improve the international competitiveness of MF software companies.The first part of this paper is the introduction,which summarizes the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign experts and scholars' literature on cross-cultural conflict management,and clarifies the research content and methods of this paper;the second part is the theoretical review,which analyzes the concept,influence and reason of cross-cultural conflict,and combines the theory of cultural dimension and communication behavior Theoretical analysis of cross-cultural conflict management provides theoretical support for the following research;the third part is the analysis of the current situation of MF software company's cross-cultural conflict management.It is found that MF software company is paying more and more attention to the management of cross-cultural conflict,but the impact of cross-cultural conflict on MF software company is also obvious.Combined with the results of the questionnaire,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of MF software company's cross-cultural conflict management,and then puts forward the shortcomings of MF software company's cross-cultural conflict management work;the fourth part puts forward MF software company's cross-cultural conflict management strategy from the perspective of establishing values and strengthening employee communication;the fifth part puts forward MF software company's cross-cultural conflict management The sixth part summarizes the research content of this paper,and puts forward the research direction of cross-cultural conflict management in the future.Through this study,MF software company can improve the level of cross-cultural conflict management,and help MF software company better participate in the international market competition.With the rapid development of socialist economy with Chinese characteristics,more and more large-scale group enterprises begin to further enhance their market competitiveness through transnational operation.Meanwhile,with the help of transnational operation,they fully absorb the advanced technology of developed countries and are committed to improving their core competitiveness.
