The rubber gasbag is widely used in the field of transport?building?ship launching and so on,because the rubber gasbag has many advantages such as the lower cost,convenient and recycled to use.But it's mainly made by the semiauto or manual equipments which use laying process,this type of forming has a low productivity and precision,the quality is always poor and the qualified rate is always low,so it is imperative for us to design a new kind of forming process and develop a kind of equipment which is based on the new forming process,that must have a higher precision and reliability,a faster productivity and a higher level in automation.Based on the filament winding theory,a new kind of filament winding process has been designed in this paper,and a control system of rubber gasbag winding machine,which is based on an embedded motion controller MC405,is developed according to the filament winding process.First of all,based on the analyses of the model of rubber gasbag,we choose the correct style of winding,decide the number and the function of axis,planning the path of each axis,design the winding process of whole gasbag,use simulation software to verify the feasibility of the process.Secondly,through the analyses of system hardware,we should choose the proper type of hardware,design the circuit diagram of electric,finish the hardware part of control system.Thirdly,we have to use the winding process as the theory foundation,analyse the software part of control system,design the program of the host computer and slave computer,we use VC++ software to develop the human-computer interface,which has the function of setting parameter,download the parameter and so on,the basic language of MC405 is used to develop the slave computer program,which can realize the function of multi-axis linkage.With the experiment of winding,we can learn that,the new winding process can feed the necessary of stable winding.With more automation technology,the control mode of winding machine can realize the higher precision and faster response,which can satisfy the need of actual processing.The slaver computer can run offline,which can improve the reliability of control system.
