Although the start of chemical fiber industry in our country is late, the development speed is extremely rapid, especially the development of automatic high speed winding control technology in the filament winding equipment. The shaping control technology and winding frequency variable adjusting speed technique etc, is renewed quickly. But the quality of bobbin shaping on the one hand is up to the traversing equipment such as birotor-traversing , shaping plate and traversing servomotor in the hardware technology. On the other hand it is decided by the traversing motor frequency control strategy. As for the common low speed spinning, the traversing godet frequency can set up its interfering frequency according to the triangular wave, which definitely can meet the technological requirement. However because of the development of large capacity and super velocity in chemical fiber winding equipment, this kind of shaping technology of establishment triangular wave already cannot meet the actual production need, for the badly shaping of ribbon and difficulties in further processing. Some new shaping technology has to be used to meet the actual production need. For example, 1), triangular signal; 2), RFR(Ribbon Free Random Winding); 3), RFR and Miniwobbling Frequency; 4), SPW(Step Precision Winding) and so on. In the research it was discovered that the application of SPW technique shaping get evenly winding density, outstanding ribbon shape, excellent in the performance of back circle and so on. The actual application effect is good.The filament winding equipment control technology develops from the initial surface winding way to central winding way in widespread use at present, unceasingly adapts the high speed spinning technical development. Surface winding control technology in 50's obtained the widespread use because the control structure is simple, the goal speed can be adjusted according to the tension signal. But with the increasing of spinning speed, slips appeared between bobbin and friction roller, the tension changed regularly, bobbin took shape loosely and so on. These shortcomings are already more and more unsuitable to high speed spinning.
