Enterprise resource planning system(Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP)is a new generation of integrated management information system,which aims to optimize resources,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.Currently in the field of manufacturing ERP system main problems include poor flexibility,long development time,resulting in higher time and labor costs.The main cause of these problems is that traditional ERP systems cannot meet the changing business needs of dynamic enterprises,thus,proposes a model independent computing model based ERP development,and focus on the key technology to build the model were studied.Propose and build reconfigurable ERP system architecture.Taking a hardware manufacturing company,for example,through needs analysis,clear in its ERP system built for integration,scalability,maintainability and other requirements,and then based on reusable building ideas,establish a flexible ERP system building architecture,a detailed discussion of the ERP oriented reconfigurable architecture for the target component development model,as well as reuse model independent model-based computing.Study the architecture,the framework for the study of the entire ERP provides the foundation.Proposed and studied computing model-independent construction scheme.Firstly,the goal of building the model,mainly to meet the changing needs of dynamic business enterprises to adapt to the structural requirements reconfigurable ERP system architecture is conducive to ERP component reuse.Then from multiple levels and dimensions,focusing on the independent model of computing framework and processes global model,the business model is discussed in detail in the model analysis to optimize business processes and improve efficiency advantages of ERP build.To build a platform-independent model of ERP systems have been studied,but based on the proposed model selection algorithm-independent computing ERP components,to achieve the goal of optimizing the system.Ontology-based concept proposed to calculate the independent model to build a platform-independent model program,building conversion engine,a detailed analysis of its operating processes,ERP systems in order to achieve platform independence.ERP components to be reused for the research objectives,through the calculation of the proposed model-independent analysis,select a program based ERP component of the model based on the concept of ontology semantic similarity,based on data and analysis,ERP component selection strategy,the final member of a member selected system,thus improving and optimizing enterprise reconfigurable ERP system construction program.Key to the above technology,designed and developed a build reconfigurable ERP system modeling platform,the main features of the platform include the actual production of manufacturing enterprises,building calculation independent model,and the model core complete platform independent component model and select ERP solutions.Reconfigurable ERP system will help shorten the development cycle of ERP systems,is conducive to a flexible ERP system to build and adjust production according to the allocation of resources to achieve business process optimization needs to improve their core competitiveness,help ERP system developers reduce development costs and maintenance difficulty,improve the competitiveness of products.
