Enterprise Resource Planning can put the plan, the purchase, the sale and the materials scheduling, the stock management organic all together. It plays role in the reduction of the cost of purchase and sale, the decreasing of the overstock, the acceleration of the cash flow, the controlling of the flow management of the stock materials and the purchase of the materials timely for the successful production. The system framework that we adopt to construct the resource planning system will be the foundation of the running the system successful. At present, multi-tier distribution computing system based on the Internet/Intranet come into effect broadly, it will offer the choosable technology and approach in the conformation of the resource planning system for us.Distributed object technique is the object-oriented technique that developed with the network, it can shield the disparity between the hardware platforms of the network, and so the application could run on the different platform smoothly.Combined with the experience of the development the ERP system of the pharmaceutical factory, the paper gives the concept of the following aspects chiefly: Given the explicit definition of the enterprise resource planning, sketching out the relation of the enterprise resource and the ERP Expanding on the key functional module, prospecting for the tendency of the development of ERP software Analyzing and explicating the model , the specification, the standard and the realization of the distributed architecture How to implement the mutli-tier structure based of MIDAS Declare the process which we develop and realize the three-tier application system based on the COM/DCOM technique combined with the specimen...
