With the development of information technology and increasing of information systems, enterprises require integrating old services and new services quickly and flexibly to meet the new dynamical requirements. In order to generate new process for cross-system business process requirements, enterprises need to have the ability of sharing information and integrating enterprise resources. Enterprise Application Integration has become a major issue that must be addressed. Web services technology and SOA architecture enable enterprise application integration and dynamic collaboration possible. Web services are widely used but at present there are heterogeneous nature of message formats and the multiplicity of information semantics and deprivation of information relationship.Combining SOA framework and Semantic Web technology, we describe Web services by Enterprise Resource Model which is proposed by this paper and carry out a detailed design and implementation for service publishing, service discovery and business process re-planning. The work mainly includes following aspects. 1. We propose a service publishing, discovery and integration framework based on enterprise resource services to meet the enterprise systems interoperability and application integration needs. 2. We build domain ontology library by identifying enterprise resources and propose the Enterprise Resource Service Encapsulation Model which is described by extended OWL-S and associated with domain ontology. This model can solve the problem that present Web service description model lack of semantic. 3. We use a matching method based on domain ontology for service discovery. This method determines the semantic similarity between different services through the concept of semantic distance and offers four different match degrees. The user can define their own matching threshold to do a further screening for the matching results. 4. In order to solve the enterprise business process integration issue, we present a task-based model for business process generation mechanism to achieve the integration of business process. This mechanism realizes a process-oriented coarse-grained Service Matchmaking for the users through the atomic service matching and sequence-based composite service generation.Based on the above theory, we make the shipbuilding industry as the background, establish manufacture domain ontology and describe the implementation details and related technologies of Enterprise Resource Service Model and integration framework in detail. Finally, we achieve the Enterprise Resource Service Management prototype system, and take a cross-functional manufacturing process of ship building as an example to give verification and analysis on the feasibility of this integration solution.
