With the unceasing development of informatization construction of manufacturing industry in our country, there is growing concern on problems of enterprise resource planning (ERP) system in its application and implementation process, including inferior flexibility, longer development lifecycle, lower development efficiency, higher development cost, and inferior integration, upgrading and extensibility in running process, and so on. The main reason of these problems is that it is difficult for ERP systems to keep correspondence with dynamic changeable business requirements of enterprises. So, combining with the componentization theory and model driven architecture (MDA) method, a computational independent model (CIM) driven construction mode of reconfigurable ERP system (RERPS) was put forward in this paper. And, its key configuration technologies were researched in detail. The main research contents are as follows:The architecture of CIM driven RERPS was researched. Firstly, the construction mode of RERPS was analyzed combining with an example and technical features of RERPS, including configurability, integrability, extensibility and reusability were described. Then, based on a building process of componentizational reconfigurable ERP system and a MDA oriented to reconfigurable ERP system, a construction mode of RERPS driven by CIM oriented to full lifecycle of reconfiguration was built, including a development mode of reusable ERP component based on MDA and a reusing mode of reusable ERP component driven by CIM, which was a framework foundation of this research.A modeling method of CIM oriented to the architecture was researched. Firstly, modeling requirements were analyzed in detail from three aspects of enterprise business requirements, MDA and component resusing. On the basis of these requirements, a multi-dimension and multi-hiberarchy modeling architecture in CIM was proposed and its modeling process was also introduced. Then, a modeling method of general model oriented to the needs of analysis, optimization and quick modeling was constructed, and a modeling method of business model describing different sides of enterprises was provided. Also, a modeling example was provided for validating proposed theories. This method provided a model foundation for the following research.A transformation method based on ontology from CIM to platform independent model (PIM) was researched, which was also a key technology in the development mode of reusable ERP component based on MDA. Firstly, two transformation types in MDA were classified and problems that exist in the transformation from CIM to PIM were analyzed. Then, by introducing ontology technology, a modeling transformation framework based on ontology was built, which was divided into two parts: the discovering of mapping rules between meta-ontology and the transformation execution based on these mapping rules. Also, the working process was introduced. After that, the discovering method of mapping rules between meta-ontology by using ontology mapping technology was studied in detail. Finally, based on the meta-ontology mapping knowledge, the transformation executation method between special ontology models in the model transformation execution framework which takes the model transformation engine as its kernel was also researched at length.A component selection and optimization method driven by CIM was researched, which was also a key technology in the reusing mode of reusable ERP component driven by CIM. Firstly, the component architecture and platform independent component model were founded oriented to CIM driven construction mode of RERPS. Then, a component selection strategy with applying ontology technology was proposed and its key technologies were studied, including the construction method of business feature architecture and the calculation means of semantic similarity. Finally, by building a set of optimization index architecture and using genetic algorithm, the optimization of component selection result based on multi-objectives comprehensive evaluation was realized, which could support the development and reconfiguring process of CIM driven RERPS.Finally, a CIM modeling tool system oriented to RERPS was developed, and its CIM modeling function and key reconfiguration technologies related to CIM were realized. And, an enterprise application case was described to validate the modeling method proposed in this paper.
