With the rapid development of computer technology and computer science popularization,the government began to increasingly use computers to solve practical problems.Human resources evaluation system is an important part of the government information management in the face of a large number of personnel information,the use of human processing waste of time and a waste of human and material resources,and the low accuracy of the data.Therefore,the development of a user-friendly,human resource evaluation system software is easy to operate automated processing becomes very important,which is the purpose and significance of the system development.This article describes the human resources evaluation system prototype development process,the paper introduces the relevant technologies,system analysis,system design and realization of the entire development process.In this paper,it has investigated in these aspects:The first part is a system developed related technologies.The author describes the current popular Struts,Spring and Hibernate three framework technology,the introduction of the three framework technologies can effectively simplify the development of the system,but also can improve system maintainability performance requirements and to determine the human resources evaluation system architecture and technology solutions.The second part is a needs analysis.First determine the system's design goals and scoring methods,and analysis and functional requirements analysis to determine the system's overall functional architecture composed,and finally to human resources business operations detailed baseline survey of the relevant literature and research business needs through the system,on this basis,the requirement analysis,FIG use cases of the system model was established.The third part of the system design.According to the business survey and analysis to determine the final entity class diagram of the system consisting of modules to be divided,to establish the overall structure of the system,then the system functional design and with the timing diagram describes the completion of each module,and that developers can be more intuitive understand the workflow of each function.Database design is a core part of the system,the use of entity-relationship diagram logical database design,and then for each field in a table and defined in detail and implemented in Oracle9i database management system.The fourth part is the system implementation.The author uses based on J2EE Struts,Spring and Hibernate frameworks completed the prototype development of human resources evaluation system,and to make a detailed description of the core module.This paper describes in detail the human resources evaluation system prototype design and implementation,and system architecture solutions proposed personal opinion.
