LED(Light Emitting Diode)light-emitting diode,is a kind of semiconductor electronic components can be luminous,with high luminous efficiency,lower energy consumption significantly.With the rapid development of LED industry,the LED chip packaging machine main equipment requirements are also getting higher and higher.At present,most of the mounter machine on the domestic market are based on general purpose,only a few of the enterprises and scientific research units that research on Mounter machines.The general purpose mounter machine are feathered on be adapted to a lots of chips that varies on different structures and sizes,high precision,but multi-function characteristic and complex structure.For instance,this type of mounter machine will be faced on high development cost and hard to complete.Considering that there is only a few types of LED chips,few species chips for a certain PCB,low precision needs,so the general mounter machine will have some disadvantages that many function will be deserted and unable to meet the requirements of high-speed packaging LED components.This paper developed a special machine for LED components packaging that use the arch type of mounter machine with double patch head that work at the same time,the design of patch each with 5 nozzle structure,each nozzle separate controlled by the servo motor about the direction of Z axis to rotate up and down movement and ? angle,there are two stepper motor control to adjust the distance between the nozzle,to meet the different size chips package and the LED requirement of industry development.Using ANSYS finite element analysis software to analysis the main structure of mounter machine with static analysis,use static analysis on the most dangerous working condition,verified to meet the structure design of mounter machine under normal operating conditions of strength and stiffness.Further used modal analysis with the main substructure and the whole of the mounter machine,analysis of the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the substructure and the whole,verify the inherent frequency of the whole machine and the main substructure can meet the expected design requirements,insure that the structure design is reasonable.
