Surface Mount Technology(SMT)is a new generation of electronic assembly technology,it compress the traditional electronic components into only a few parts of the device.The chip mounter is used to achieve high.speed,high precision,automatic placement of electronic components,it related to the efficiency and accuracy of SMT production line,is the most critical and most complex equipment.However,the core technology of the equipment is dominated by foreign enterprises,currently in the high.end market,most of the placement machine depends on imports,China's research started late,need to continue to invest in human and material resources for its in.depth study,complete the localization of the core technology.According to the situation,this paper is based on the mechanical system of TS-320M-02 type high speed mounter,optimize the key components of the mechanical structure,and use finite element method to study the static and dynamic characteristics of the structure.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)On the basis of analyzing the structure and characteristics of the commonly used placement machine,determines the arch.type double gantry structure;This paper uses Proe CAD design software to design the beam drive program,the base structure,established the solid model of each sub.module.(2)Firstly,verifies the mechanics of beam,uses software ABAQUS to conduct the static and transient dynamic analysis of the beam motion module,obtained the stress nephogram and deformation curve of the structure,verified the stiffness and strength of the structure.At the same time,the topology optimization design is carried out with the aim of lightweight structure,obtain the optimized structure of symmetrical porous arrangement,and checked the performance of the optimization schemes.(3)Using the ABAQUS software to carry on the modal analysis to the beam,the movement module,the base,obtained the first six natural frequencies and the corresponding vibration characteristics of each sub module,studied dynamic performance of each structure.Put forward several improvement schemes to strengthen the weak area ofthe structure,by comparing the corresponding modal parameters,achieved the purpose of optimizing the dynamic performance of the structure.Combine the sub modules into a whole,to ensure that the whole machine has good seismic performance,carry out the modal analysis of the whole model before and after optimization.(4)Based on the multi.body dynamics theory,use the ABAQUS software and ADAMS software to establish the rigid flexible coupling model of the whole machine,analyze the static state and the actual working condition of the model when the machine is driven by a linear motor,study the positioning accuracy and the stability of the machine.Obtain the dynamic response curve of the mounting head and the stress curve of the base,verifies the rigid flexible coupling model can obtain more accurate results,the results show that the optimized structure has good dynamic performance and the whole machine can meet the requirements.
