Along with the rapid development of microelectronic technology, integrated circuitchips is developing to the direction of deep submicron gradually.Miniaturization andhigh functional of electronic components make the package a high requirement, whichbrought a big challenge to SMT field. Placement machine is the core equipment ofSMT, which is moving to the direction of multifunction, high speed and highprecision development, placement machine is a product that integrate mechanical,optical, electrical and other disciplinary. Placement machine mainly consists ofmechanical system, visual system and control system. This topic mainly research themechanical system for placement machine including the system frame structure andthe movement system. In terms of the chip mount, the mechanical structure forplacement machine becomes critical because of high mount speed precisionrequirement.This topic has established the virtual prototype model by using ADAMS softwaretool to analyze the impact of various factors on the dynamic and find ways to improvethe positioning accuracy of mounting head base on the conclusions.This subject use finite element analysis software for important component staticsanalysis,through the calculation, stress nephogram and displacement nephogramobtained to find out the stress concentration and ease deformation position in thearchitecture,and then improve the design to enhance the static stiffness of mechanicalsystem.Use finite element analysis software for modal analysis to main component andsimplify system, compare the natural frequency and vibration diagram, carries onimproving the structure for its inherent frequency is far from driver frequency toavoid the occurrence of resonance. Toward the problem of big span and easydeformation components we carried stiffness increased improvement to achieve theplacement machine dynamic characteristic optimization of the engine whichmentioned some specific measures in this paper. The study of this project is a self-developed mid-range Mount, through dynamicanalysis and structural optimization, the accuracy and speed of prototype has beenbasically meet the design goals.
