This subject chooses WIFI speaker as the research object.First of all,it designs the speaker's structure in theory,and selects the materials.Secondly,it designs the three-dimensional solid model of WIFI speaker by CAD software SolidWorks to reflect the real structure.At the same time,prepare for ANSYS workbench analysis and simplify the details of WiFi speaker to improve calculating efficiency.Finally,according to the mechanics equation of WIFI speaker,analyze the static structure of the WiFi speaker by CAE software ANSYS workbench and verify whether the speaker strength to meet the design requirements.In addition,in order to avoid the loudspeaker's output of the acoustic signal to cause the speaker box resonance phenomenon,use ANSYS workbench software on the WiFi speaker modal analysis. |
