Research On Economy Vision Mounter

Mounter as the most important machine in the automatic line is meaningful to study on.Nowdays there are so many types of mounter in the mounter market. This paper will researchon Economy Vision Mounter. This paper consists of four parts to research on EconomyVision Mounter and the main contents are as follows:In part one, this paper gives an overall construction of the whole machine. Comparedwith the industrialized mounter in the market, it is low in cost but high in practical utility,which makes it suitable for small companies and individual users.Part two firstly completes an overall design of the Economy Vision Mounter, whichconsists of the design calibration and specification of important parts of Economy VisionMounter such as X-Y axis. Secondly, this paper has given the detail design and specificationof the head of the Economy Vision Mounter, which is the core of this Economy VisionMounter.Part three firstly complete the circuit design of the control module, which is the core ofthe Economy Vision Mounter. Secondly, it broadens the algorithm based on the IQmathlibrary of TI company. Finally, it focuses on the design of the protection circuit to ADC,which aims to pretect the fore-end circuit of the ADC.Part four completes the algorithm of image recognition of the Economy Vision Mounter.Firstly, it builds the Control Interface of the image acquisition to control the camera toacquire the image of the chips. Secondly, it processes the image acquired by the cameral withMatlab to pick up the valuable information of the image. Thirdly, it builds the image librarywhich consists of the frequently-used chips with Matlab. Ultimately, it writes the interfaceprogram with Matlab to use the image library within the Matlab environment.
