Design And Implementation Of Customer Management System For Small Garment Enterprises

The purpose of this study is to use information technology to design and implement a Customer Management System for Small Garment Enterprises, which is convenient, efficient, easy to manage and maintain, easy to expand, safe and reliable, can be operated smoothly, to lay the foundation for customer management, and to promote consumption, cultivate customer base, enhance customer loyalty through analysis of customer data.Customer Management System for Small Garment Enterprises uses Spring+ SpringMVC+Mybatis framework to the design and development of the back-end server. The code structure is divided into View(View Layer), Model(Model Layer), Controller(Business Process Control Layer), Service (Business Logic Layer), DAO(Data Persistence Layer), which makes the system structure clear, low coupling, high development efficiency.The system includes "System Data Maintenance Management", "Shop Management", "Business Management", "The Inventory Query", "Customer Management", "Sales Analysis", "Staff Management", "Report management "eight modules. I mainly took the responsibility for the system requirements analysis, design and development. The specific work is as follows:(1) The requirements analysis of the customer management module and the sales analysis module of the system, including the functional requirements analysis and non functional requirements analysis.(2) The high level design of the above two modules, have defined the system architecture and module structure.(3) Completed the back-end development work of these two first-level modules "Customer Management" module and "Sales Analysis" module, as well as somework of "User Management" module and "Staff Management" module.(4) Designed the test cases of the modules which was assigned to me, and completed the basic function test.At present, this system has already entered into the stage of user testing, through using simulated business data for the system integration test, system will be put into operation in the near future. Currently we did not find any serious defects in the system, the system works well overall and basically inline with expectations. Developers will maintain and upgrade the system by combining the suggestion of users, there will be a second versions in the future, by then the system will be used in other industries as a management platform,.
