The Design And Implementation Of Servicing Worker Network System For Guangzhou Railway Group

To earnestly implement the deployment requirements of party groups care staff in Guangzhou railway group company,strongly unblocked the workers' appeal channels,listen to the staff opinions and suggestions,solve problems and resolve conflicts,and actively promote scientific development of Guangzhou railway group,it need to build a channel and working platform by the organic combination of traditional reflect problem means and modern information technology and comprehensive processing workers problems.In order to meet the need of group company,this research will build a network system service for workers,in order to through the development of the system,changes the backward traditional worker claims processing pattern,enhances the working efficiency of the appeal process,implements group company dealing with demands of information standardization,informationization,scientific,and guide the worker for production safety management consultation,to give reasonable Suggestions.This thesis introduces the process of the design and implementation for service worker network system,first of all,this thesis introduces the research background,research status at home and abroad,and summarizes the related development technologies in the project;And then,on the basis of in-depth research,business process and the requirement analysis of the system are discussed,based on the demand analysis,completed the system architecture design,architecture design,function and structure design,database design,and use the Petri net to complete the system of workflow modeling;Finally,discussed the design and implementation process in detail of the form custom,business processes,the custom and the function modules,and from two aspects of functional testing and performance testing to verify the validity of the system function.This thesis discusses the service worker network system uses the current popular J2 EE technology,system framework for the MVC,system covers the processing link such as the appeal submitted,accepted,appeal,treatment feedback,evaluation,assigned by supervisor demands.Based on the above design and development for function modules,it realizes the informatization and automation of worker claims processing work for Guangzhou railway group company.The service worker network system that discussed in this thesis compared with other similar systems,on the choice of technology solutions,first adopts Petri networkflow modeling technology,to realize the automation of appeal;Second,will appeal form and business process into the category of management,implements demands form page customization and business process customization.Through the application of the above technical scheme,effectively improves the flexibility of system application and system maintenance in the late.At present,the service worker network system has been applied in the Guangzhou railway group,from the point of application;it has obvious effect in improving appeal work efficiency.
