Along with the arrival of information ages, informatization of enterprise has been become inevitable trend of the enterprise development., more and more software designers hope to develop distribute application system for enterprise, to improve work efficiency and business operation. The computer technique and networks developing quickly provides dependable assurance for setting up enterprise application system of high quality. This paper looks for the new software technique to set up the application system of high quality for the information decision and control system of coalmine enterprise. Making the system adapted the demand of the business logic that even complicate increasingly and change increasingly, thus brought the convenience of development, maintenance and usage.Firstly, this paper explicits the contents and the meaning of the coalmine information decision and control system development, Which aims at the present condition and the current information system modes of the coalmine enterprise.Secondly, this paper introduces the popular technique nowadays: J2EE, mode of MVC and frame technique.Thirdly this paper discusses principle and purposes of the system design, and points out the merit and shortcoming of J2EE according to these principles and purposes, such as the flexible, vivid, easy maintenance and carrying out business enterprise application quickly. This paper uses the system frame that structure of B/ S and structure of C/ S combining together to carry on the design. After certain system of development frame, this paper describes setting up the system, mold piece of maintenance and the realization of the basic business mold piece in detail. Then, discusses the software development process of the system need, system analysis, system design, and system carrying out of each mold piece in detail.In the end, the paper summarizes the development process of the coalmine information system, and indicates several problems, which will be improved subsequently.
