Workflow technology has broad application of the computer software technology.It can be realized the business process automation which based on the manual andcomputer activities. Workflow technology provides the application logic and the logicof the process of separation. It would not amend the specific functional modules,through the process of amending the model to improve system performance, effectiveintegration of people, information and applications together a reasonable manner,improve software reuse rate, and play the greatest efficiency. As a powerful tool forbusiness process reengineering and business process automation, workflow technologyresearch and application have been obtained increasingly widespread attention by theindustry. Using workflow technology to develop, reform and integrate the taxinformation system is the only way to the technical level of the tax informationconstruction process.This paper takes the Tax Collection and Management software operationmaintenance support system of Shaanxi province National Tax Bureau as the researchbackground, the ‘tax revenue collection and management’ software business andtechnical support experience for reference on other industries, large-scale systemmaintenance plan, put forward with " workflow" as the core of the solution, to deal withthe huge volume of business, circulation process complex of the ‘tax collection andmanagement’ software operation.The author attended the Shaanxi Provincial Administration of tax collection andmanagement software Operation Support System Design and Development, which isdeveloping the three-tier system based on J2EE, with "workflow" technology at the core,adopting B/S structure and user interaction, and the world is based on a singlemanagement system for the task. In the development process, the writer made athorough study on this basis, the completion of this thesis. This paper introduces the taxcollection software Operation Support System, the tax information of the currentsituation and trend of development based on J2EE, workflow software, the taxcollection operation and maintenance support program, and established a system ofresearch, design and development of user-friendly tax collection software OperationSupport System, presented detailed design and software implementation. Then, theproblems exist in the system, a brief summary and follow-up work. This article focuses on some aspects of presentations: Summary of workflowtechnology in the tax system and application prospects, and J2EE properties with relatedtechnology. Based on the J2EE platform, using the workflow for tax collection andmanagement software operation maintenance support plan, establish the system byusing J2EE development tools, design and realize the easy to use ‘tax collection andmanagement ‘software operation maintenance support system.
