Design And Implementation Of Distributed Enterprise Office Management System

With the rapid development of information technology,various new technologies appear constantly.Distributed computing is one of the new research hotspots.In this paper,we developed distributed office management systemby using advanced computer technology.To make traditional application office service be componentization,we carried out distributed framework designment.Based on distributed framework designment,this system adopts B/S(Browser/Server)mode and SSH(Struts,Spring,Hibernate)framework to develop an office management system of great efficience convenience.This system can not only reduce the cost of the company office,but also improve the economic benefits of the enterprise.Through browsers or other terminals,we can login system for office anytime and anywhere,which make office very effective and convenient.By analyzing the system basic needs,we introduced DH(Diffie-Hellman)encryption algorithm into the system.By using mature software development process,we researched and designedeach function modulesof the system in detail and put forward a set of more detailed system development plan.The systemmainly involves six functional modules: personal office?public information? system management?file management? administrative management and project tasks,whcih form an organic wholesystem.The cloud office system is simple to use,easy to operate,and easy to expand.At the same time,when reducing costs,it improves the corporate office efficiency.This article mainly has the following two work:(1)Analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of existing office system to find out existing problems,we research and summary development technologies,which isapplicable to distributed office management system.Through demand analysis,Combined with distributed framework advantage,using B/S mode and SSH framework for system development,the system has a good scalability and low coupling.Users can log in anytime and anywhere via a browser office,which suits the office way ofthe current "Internet +" concept;(2)By studying PKI(Public Key Infrastructure)technology and DH encryption algorithm,we have maked the DH encryption algorithm suitable for this system.When the sensitive informationis encrypted everytime,the thief cannot get any news about encryption keysbecause of the same of the keys,which greatly improve the security of the enterprise sharing information.Finally,this paper expounded the design and implementation ofthe system frameworkin detail.Wecarried out rigorous testings and the system achieved the ideal effectoverall.
