Design And Implementation Of School Office Management System Based On PHP Framework

With the rapidly development of internet, the demand of network is increasingly in all walks of life. In recent years, the reform of the education system is changing everyday, especially in the management. Due to the increasing incidence of recruit students, the classification of science education, the heavy work of course selection between teacher and student, the management of school has been a complicated and difficult work. So the emergence of the network real-time system can solve this problem which can help school building a web-based management system into the daily management of the education industry. Many colleges take more resources into the network system for daily, therefore online office management system for school arises at the historic moment.This paper designs a management system which provides a scientific, informationalized, and timely management system, but also shares information resources between the teachers and students. It combines the management of education and network industry, which forming a visual access to information channels, so that it facilitates communication between educational administrators and students, which reducing the cost of education management, reducing the complex heavy work of manual entry and data statistics, and improving the level of school management and saving the costs of administrative, so that the administrators and teachers can devoted more resources and energy for education and academic construction.This article mainly realized the online office of school management. Firstly, this paper introduces the development of related knowledge and background, related software, and so on. It sums up the advantages and disadvantages from the analysis and comparison between technologys, and it chooses appropriate framework and technical support. According to the actual demand, it chooses the classic model and illustrates the Browser/Server framework, using the Apache, PHP and MySql model to implement system. On the basis of theory, this system has carried on the actual design by code, and after the completion of the page, it test the operation and running including the system maintenance and safety testing.This paper finished school management system based on PHP and MySQL technology, it implemented the office automation management for school which caters to the popular of network technology over the years. The office automation system is facing a set of targeted users or groups for operation and daily affairs, it also is a management which used with widely scope users and a high frequency application of management platform. In this paper, the OA system will be further updated in practical application for improving the application scope.Finally, according to the practical application and user feedback, this paper summed up that the OA system can improve the level and efficiency of school affairs, achieving the purpose of saving time, saving resources, centralized management and performance. It can satisfy the educational administration, the working of school, the management of profit and payrolls, the management of employee information, and the online teaching inquiry of students which achieve the needs of management.
