Therefore, the prison management personnel should pay more attention to the construction of the information system, to the science and technology to the police, and the construction of automated office system is an important part of the information construction. The continuous development of computer network technology and software development technology, it provides a strong technical support and material basis for the functional realization of office automation. The Provincial Bureau of prisons to subordinate units in the province can be carried out in a unified collaborative office automation system, to reduce the intensity of work of prison staff, improve the implementation efficiency of prison work, based on this background; the prison administration put forward the development of the prison system for office automation system.The OA system described in this article uses the Microsoft.NET Framework Windows development platform, the distributed database design, Server SQL database and other tools for the development of OA system. Based on the browser / server mode(B/S) and conceptual design based on workflow module and overall structure of the system is introduced, then according to the specific business situation in our province prison unit, the design structure of the distributed database. Firstly, according to the Provincial Bureau of prisons business requirements of the needs analysis, and then according to the demand analysis, in order to design the overall structure of the OA system, the specific function set of the corresponding function module and write module, distributed database design. The main modules of OA system include: system login, document management, daily affairs, personal affairs, information release, workflow management, etc. On the basis of the design, the paper explains the realization methods and the process of the main modules. Since then, the system has carried out strict and meticulous interface testing and functional testing to verify the effectiveness of the office automation system, ease of use and reliability.
