The Management Information System not only has great effect on improving efficiency of enterprise office work,but also greatly reduces the possibility of making errors at work.Moreover,the various files stored in the system can be multiply used,which greatly improves the efficiency of retrieving and classifying documents,thus the paperless office model is becoming more and more popular.With the development of e-government trend and its necessity,the Party and government is in urgent need of using computer and network technology to improve their work efficiency,Management Information System is a very good system.However,due to the speciliaty and particularity of the working mode of the Party and government,the universal Management Information System cannot be applied directly to the party and government.Universal Management Information System are not so adapted to this particular system of XPCC(Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps)management system,and it cannot meet the requirements of office secretarial work,and therefore it does not apply to XPCC Office secretarial work.In order to solve the problem of its particularity and adaptability,so we need to design and develop a new secretarial office management system,which is realistic,with good fit,and can be well applied to the XPCC Office secretarial work.and can improve office efficiency of the government,to promote the development of government' electronic office model.The XPCC Secretarial Office Management System we've developed is based on the J2 EE development environment,combined with JSP and other excellent high-end development technologies,using SSH-based MVC framework model to complete business logic and data persistence.We will use the popular Myeclipse2013 and Tomcat7 as development tools,oracle12 g as the development of the database development to complete the development of the office systems.The XPCC Secretarial Office Management System is divided into six modules.Each module is functionally independent and self-contained.Document Management module is in charge of making documents,registering communications,approving documents,archiving documents,querying documents and printing documents.Meeting Management module is in charge of registering meetings,managing the booking of meeting room,noticing of meetings and querying meetings.Leaders' activity and arrangement module is in charge of registering leader' activities,recording leaders' important speeches,recording important instructions,recording important work requirements,and recording other matters assigned by leaders.Address book management module is in charge of the viewing and saving leaders' address book.Transaction management module is in charge of reception management,event management,internal office affairs management and learning management.System management module is in charge of managing user's organization,managing right and log management functions.After the completion of the development of this system,it was applied to the XPCC Office's secretarial office.After a trial period,under a survey of many users,we've concluded that the system is easy to use,practical and can improve the efficiency and accuracy of daily office work,and the office system is also very applicable to the beginners—novicesare able to complete the routine workaccurately in a very short time,and the record provided by the system for the user can also record a lot of meaningful information.
