Research Service Strategy Of University Libraries Under The E-Research Environment

E-research is the trend of new era college scientific service,whether it is a natural science,humanities and social science studies and other disciplines are towards E-research development environment:powerful virtual research environment,a series of web-based tools,technologies and platforms,interdisciplinary,cross-regional cooperation research mode,what is a crucial influence on the development of service in colleges and universities.university libraries are the main information resources storage of research service,on the one hand,what is to create,preserve and spread the scientific research data.on the other hand,it need to assist researchers through engaged in scientific research.So,scientific research and service is the trend of in the university library development research in future,and how to provide E-research of the development of scientific research service under the environment is also important.This article mainly from the following several aspects to introduce development strategy and research:The first part,in regard to concept and the theory which is related,research services via E-research development in our country and abroad,the basic situation and development of the basic elements,which leads to the scientific research and service in our country must adapt to the environment,and increasingly in the environment of development with characteristic of E-research of Chinese scientific research service.The second part,it surveys the development status of scientific research and service in our country,about investigation and analysis for 39 national "985 "universities scientific research,it analyze two aspects of scientific research about basic services and scientific innovation service.In the service content,service on the basis of the status of problems summarized research environment,mainly includes:first,the question of library scientific understanding.second,the question of scientific research and technical support.third,the question of scientific research service fourth,the question of scientific research personnel ability.The third part,it study on E-research abroad,relatively perfect service of university's scientific research.So I select to analyze and research data management and analysis on the two American universities and a British university platform,it sums up the foreign universities in scientific research service more extensive experience and enlightenment:first,the illuminations of service system and service content.second,the illuminationsof technology platform structures.third,the illuminations of revelation research institutions and personnel configuration.fourth,the illuminations of the effective use of research data.The fourth part,it mainly based on combination of scientific research and service in our country and the service of university's scientific research experience in foreign country,and analyzed from the present situation of scientific research in colleges and universities library service.then I selected the development of Chinese university library scientific research strategy,it mainly discusses from the aspects of environment,the community level and technical level,which service for scientific research in colleges and universities library,and provides suggestions for the development of the research environment.
