Industrial live data acquisition,monitoring and effective transmission are the important factors affecting productivity and automated information management of industry.Currently,most of the existing information monitoring terminals based on industrial field actually using stationary bus types and operating parameters,existing some problems,such as terminal portability is poor and using range is limited.While most of the existing information monitoring terminals use wired data exchange mode and installed in fixed location of cabinet,thus handhold and mobile inspection terminals are inconvenience.In addition,the existing information monitoring terminals have troubles with the high cost and upgrading update issues.To this end,this paper presents a design of information monitoring terminal based on Android system.The terminal includes the communication converter that acquires and transfers data and Android APP that monitors data visually.Communication converter is used for bus communication with devices of industrial field,and passthrough the data to the Android APP with Wi-Fi.Communication converter is composed of the core board and the expansion board of STM32F207,the former mainly includes STM32 minimum system and Wi-Fi module,the latter mainly includes four communication modules that are RS-232,RS-485,CAN bus and Ethernet.On one hand Android APP is used to receive the data of industry scene that communication converter transmits,and implements real-time display,preservation,warning of data.On the other hand,in order to math and communicate with industrial equipment,the Android APP can send the command to configure parameters of communication converter's industrial communication module,such as baud rate,data bits,IP address etc.Furthermore,practical tests of the information monitoring terminal are carried out based on Voltage Quality Disturbance Generator.The information monitoring terminal based on Android system with a variety of industrial field common data bus interfaces,and operating parameters can be adjusted online,with good portability and a wide range of application,while terminal using the system structure of data acquisition and data monitoring separated and Wi Fi-based wireless network interaction data,with small size and hand-held mobile convenient,can monitor data non-contact and wireless,and data monitoring functions performed by Android APP upgrade to update the system configuration enables a more compact and inexpensive.In addition,in order to illustrate the development of monitoring terminal Android APP,for the particular application to monitoring the working state of voltage disturbance occurs device,this paper designed a matching Android APP.Experiment results show that the terminal can access data with different parameters in a variety of industrial interfaces,data is based on Wi-Fi wireless transmission and visualization monitoring data on Android APP.Firstly,this paper introduces the background,significance and research status of information monitoring system in industrial field.Secondly,the overall scheme of the information monitoring terminal based on Android system is designed.Thirdly,schematics and PCB of communication converter is designed so that the hardware platform is constructed.Then,the software design of the communication converter and Android APP is finished.Finally,the system function is verified and target is fulfilled through debugging of the whole information monitoring terminal.
