With the continuous development of the industrial production technology and the level of industrial automation,the sensors and instrumentation in industrial field has undergone from the analog,digital to intelligent instrument,the monitoring program for these instrumentation also has experienced from the local,decentralized monitoring to the remote,centralized monitoring.With the development and popularization of Internet technology these years,the industrial monitoring system based on the cloud platform is better than the past monitoring program in terms of cost or system functionality and real-time,the system architecture has also experienced from the C/S(Client/Server)mode to the B/S(Browser/Server)mode.But limited by the characteristics of front-end technology itself,B/S architecture monitoring system has a congenital defect in the scalability,data security and network traffic consumption,and cannot meet the demands of industrial monitoring.The industrial cloud monitor system based on Android intelligent terminal in this paper,which is based on C/S mode.With more than 80% of the high market share in mobile terminal operation system,strong performance and low prices,Android retains advantages of the C/S mode such as the high performance and the low flow consumption,overcomes disadvantages of the traditional C/S mode such as the poor compatibility,difficult to install and update at the same time.Based on the new thinking of “Industrial 4.0”,this paper has carried on the following research to industrial cloud monitoring system:1)Designed the format of data upload with the analysis of some popular industrial instruments,and according to the actual situation using the relational database MySQL to store data,make the system can easily compatible with the vast majority of industrial instruments,and enhance the generality of monitoring system.2)Developed the Java Web application for testing based on a cloud server product by Tencent Cloud,and deployed it to the cloud server.This allowing the terminal program can obtain the the required data by sending a network request to the cloud server.The application of cloud platform in industrial monitoring can reduce the costs of system acquisition and maintenance,and strengthening the stability and security of system.3)Developed the terminal application program of monitoring system based on Android smart terminal,after the design of login interface and main interface,the functions of data acquisition,storage and display,developed some additional functions such as data automatic synchronization in background,historical data curve,application widget in desktop and so on.This make the functions and the ease of use of this system far beyond the current WEB-based monitoring system.The industrial cloud monitor system based on Android intelligent terminal in this paper,introduces the technology of cloud computing service,mobile Internet and mobile intelligent terminal into the field of industrial monitoring.While ensuring the efficiency of data transmission and data security,the system compatibility and functional expansion have been strengthened,with strong practicality,in line with the "industrial 4.0" development trend.
