Industrial monitoring system provides mature and reliable process monitoring scheme for users through flexible monitoring method,and ensure the safety,reliability and orderly manner of production process.Modern enterprises strengthen information construction,and increase the investment in automation to this priority area.Traditional industrial monitoring systems can't provide mobile monitoring scheme,they can only transmit production data,equipment failure feedback data,historical statements and production related information to the PC through bus technology,severely limits the scope of activities of users and users can't control single equipment according to the global production information.At the same time,this kind of systems in market often focuses on real-time,reliability and stability design,they do not have wisdom functions such as the risk priority number,the health state of the equipments evaluation based on the results of data analysis,it is not conducive to the development of these systems in industrial 4.0 times.On the basis of understanding the structure of traditional industrial monitoring system,the dissertation puts forward the design scheme of monitoring system based on IOT,which has characteristics of interconnect heterogeneous network,cooperative multi-terminal,mobile monitoring,broadens the application platform of monitoring software,meets the requirements of users in discrete points control,ad-hoc and distributed computing.The dissertation demonstrates the feasibility of the project from two aspects of the network structure and monitoring software of the system through the technology comparison,demand analysis and market survey.The dissertation determines the site of failure modes,causes,effects and frequency of occurrence through the failure mode and effect analysis,and then determine failure mode risk priority number through failure modes risk analysis based on weighted geometric mean,and propose a model to evaluate the health state of equipments.The model is helpful to promote the development of predictive diagnostics and health management technologies in the process of production,which is beneficial to ensure that the equipment system has few failure modes.The monitoring of the health state of the equipments can be relatively scientific,objective and accurate by using the model,and reasonably use Pareto analysis method to determine the key factors which lead to the decline in health state of equipments according to the monitoring results,and provide the basis to develop system level maintenance strategies for users.At the same time,on the basis of the theoretical research,the mobile monitoring software is developed,which has the function of failure risk assessment,equipment health assessment etc.,achieved the spanning of monitoring program from PC to mobile platform.Finally,the stress testing and functional testing of the mobile monitoring software are completed,the test results show that the software function is normal,the software can run smoothly,data can exchange in real-time,alarm is accurate.The test results strongly suggests that the design is reasonable and reliable,and has practical application value.
