The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward: "We must adhere to the principle of the Party managing talents and use it to gather talents from all over the world." In recent years,in order to further implement the strategy of strengthening the country by talents and promote the reform of industrial structure,talent policies have been continuously issued from the central to local governments.Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,as a large resource province in the west,has followed the country's footsteps and widely implemented the strategy of strengthening the region by talents.In order to promote the development of regional economy and science and technology and integrate the development needs of regional enterprises,a series of talent policies have been issued.The development of human resources is inseparable from enterprises,and the realization of corporate strategic goals is also inseparable from the support of core talents.The development level of an enterprise reflects the economic and technological strength of a region.Under the environment of continuously upgrading industrial structure and increasingly fierce market competition,enterprises want to have a place to achieve long-term,stable and healthy development.They must pay attention to the introduction,development and Adjustment of own talent knowledge structure.By understanding the current status of the talent policy in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,exploring the impact of the talent policy on the corporate talent knowledge structure,formulating a more complete talent policy based on corporate development,and then optimizing the corporate talent knowledge structure,improving the company's internal management system,improving the level of human capital utilization,enterprise development.This article studies the policy of talents in Inner Mongolia and collects the policies of the autonomous region from 2012 to 2018 based on theoretical analysis.First of all,the basic statistical analysis of the existing talent policy is carried out to understand the current status and evolution of Inner Mongolia's talent policy;secondly,it is explored from three aspects: the policy tool,the two-dimensional framework of talent areas andpolicy tools,and the two-dimensional analysis framework of the time of publication and policy tools.Finally,through an empirical analysis of the impact of talent policy on talent knowledge structure,the following conclusions are obtained: 1.The autonomous region talent policy and enterprise scientific research investment have a significant positive impact on the enterprise talent knowledge structure;2.The talent policy and enterprise scientific research investment level have The employee salary level of the enterprise has a significant positive impact;3.The region,industry and establishment period of the enterprise have little effect on the enterprise talent structure;4.The enterprise employee salary level plays an intermediary role in the impact of the talent policy on the enterprise talent knowledge structure.Based on the above research,this article puts forward targeted suggestions on how to improve the corporate talent knowledge structure: 1.The government should improve the existing talent policy system in accordance with the needs of the enterprise;2.The enterprise should effectively use the government talent policy to attract high-quality talent inflow and improve its own knowledge Structure;3.The enterprise should improve the internal management mechanism,increase investment in scientific research and employee compensation,encourage internal employees to participate in training and relearning,cultivate the loyalty of senior technical staff,and promote the further improvement of the corporate talent knowledge structure.This article explores the impact of talent policies on the talent structure of enterprises,and puts forward suggestions on how to improve the knowledge structure of enterprise talents,and then provides references for local governments to formulate and improve talent policies in accordance with the needs of enterprises,as well as enterprises to optimize their own knowledge structure of talents,and promote enterprises to be faster good development.
