| In the new round of curriculum reform in China, the trend of curriculum integration in primary and secondary schools has become a hot issue in the current new curriculum reform. The emergence of integrated curriculum can effectively make up for the current shortcomings of too fine division and lack of integration of knowledge.According to the current situation of physical education curriculum and teaching, the research adopts the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey, expert interview, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics, etc.,starting from the study of throwing sports in junior high school, combining Gardner's multiple intelligence theory,Marxism's theory of human's all-round development and Constructivism theory, following the principle of subjectivity, comprehensiveness and interest, and using "paper" The comprehensive course of plane physical education is an example of developing the comprehensive course of junior middle school physical education. This course is the implementation of junior high school physical education and health curriculum standard.Through the addition of interest groups in Physical Education in normal sports technology teaching, and the reasonable arrangement of a series of teaching activities, such as "origami plane","paper throwing plane",and "suspended paper plane competition",the students can develop and improve various abilities while developing sports skills, and promote intellectual education And the balanced development of sports. The Fifth Middle School of Dalian Development Zone is selected to carry out curriculum research and teaching experiments. Before curriculum development, teachers and students are interviewed and surveyed. On this basis, the overall design of the curriculum is planned.Starting from the content of the eighth grade physical education textbook "throwing",this paper systematically develops the comprehensive course of junior middle school physical education, and discusses the teaching objectives, teaching contents, teaching organization process and teaching evaluation of the course. Finally, taking class 3 and class 4 of Grade 8 as the experimental class and class 5 and class 6 as the control class,we carried out an 8-week 16 class teaching experiment to explore the implementation effect of the comprehensive physical education curriculum. The conclusions are as follows:1.Through the teaching experiment of 8 weeks and 16 hours,it is concluded that after the experiment, some indexes of Sports Technology(softball throwing),physical quality(step experiment,50 m running, standing long jump)are better than those of the control class, and there are significant differences.Although other indexes have no significant differences, their mean value is better than that of the control class.2.Through the analysis of the changes of sports interest of the two groups, and through eight weeks' intervention, the scores of the experimental group in the five dimensions of the positive interest in sports, the understanding of sports, the negative interest, the participation in sports and the independent inquiry learning are higher than those of the control group, which shows that the paper airplane comprehensive course is better than the traditional sports course in improving students' sports interest.3.After the course teaching experiment of 8 weeks and 16 hours, through the questionnaire analysis of the learning effect of the experimental group students,it can be seen that the development of the comprehensive physical education course has improved the students' interest in the study of physical education.Through the study of this stage of the course, the students can not only master the knowledge and skills related to throwing, but also learn the knowledge of other subjects, expand their horizons, and understand from multiple perspectives Questions and analysis of problems are helpful.4.Based on the problems encountered in the development and implementation of "paper plane" comprehensive physical education curriculum, this paper puts forward the corresponding development strategies from the aspects of teachers, students, parents, schools and so on,so as to provide a series of theoretical and practical experience for the future development and application of comprehensive physical education curriculum in schools. |
