Society,schools,parents for the interpretation of the physical education examination still stay in the previous understanding,that as long as students follow the teacher physical education class to exercise appropriately,select the best points for a period of continuous exercise can achieve good results,Many people ignore the good development of young people,the teachers use the traditional single energy supply system for repeated training,parents only pay attention to children’s academic performance and so on,all lead to poor training effect.Hybrid training was also conducted,combining economic growth with the development of student models and characteristics of the physics program power supply system as theory basis for selecting suitable for junior middle school students physiological characteristics of training methods and means,training in accordance with the order of the phosphate,glycolysis,aerobic power arrangements,within the limited training time,improve the comprehensive students development,So far,American high schools have said only a little.For example,the study showed that grades 4 and 6 of 51 were divided into 6 groups for laboratory,laboratory and metal engineering.Both courses have 16 weeks of training and examine the effects of sports in high school education,as well as students’ developmental characteristics and sports training.he experimental class adopted the comprehensive training course.A week before the experiment according to taiyuan in 2021 mid-term exam sports test criteria,undertake to the student before the test,record data and T test,the test indexes including girls 800 m,1000 m men,standing long jump in succession,crook proneness,1 min,rope skipping,sit-ups,height,weight,lung capacity,basic pulse,50 m sprints related indicators.In before the two groups did not differ between the test data of the premise,based on the experiment for 16 weeks experiment purpose,Test the same index after two shifts,in order to discuss two kinds of different training methods and means for the examination of junior middle school students sports achievement.Finally,the problems in the experiment were optimized,and countermeasures were put forward to provide some help for grassroots teachers to carry out physical training in the middle school entrance examination.Through experiments,the following basic conclusions are drawn:(1)comprehensive training training methods and training methods of selection and application of junior middle school students body shape,body function and physical quality has a positive effect,experimental class and compared to that in comparative classes on the basis of the lung capacity,pulse,50 m sprint the three test indicators are all in a certain degree of increase and the P values were less than 0.05,with significant difference.(2)The experiment showed that there was no significant difference between the test results of the first two courses.After four months of intensive training,the students improved their results on the five ice tests.But the improvement in the polls has clearly exceeded all polling expectations.(3)Comprehensive training courses use the theory of different energy supply systems with different recovery time,through the optimization of training methods and means and intermittent time control,so that junior high school students can solve the training problems of multiple test items in a single training course,improve the efficiency of each training course.
