| Occupational resilience is a psychological concept that includes individual occupational psychological quality,job expectation and subjective attitude.The occupational flexibility affects individual's career choice and work behavior pattern.As an important part of the basic education,Preschool Education provides a good foundation for both school education and the lifelong development of young children.The kindergarten teacher is not only the transmitter of knowledge,but also the supporter,cooperator and guide to promote the development of preschool children.The psychological health of Preschool teachers is the foundation of psychological education and the core of improving their quality.The professional psychological health of preschool teachers plays a decisive role in the development of children,even affects the whole life of children.Therefore,we need to pay attention to the preschool teachers' professional psychological status and understand their psychological change path.Job Performance is an important concept in management.Multidimensional performance evaluation can objectively reflect the quality of preschool teachers' work.In order to understand the relationship between occupational resilience and job performance of preschool teachers,226 preschool teachers' professional resilience and work performance were analyzed by using the Teachers' professional Resilience Scale researched by Zhou Qian and Teachers' work Performance Scale researched by Xiao Lijun to gathering information.Through the SPSS22.0 analysis the date to got the following conclusions:(1)The occupational resilience of preschool teachers are above the average level.Research from all dimensions,career vision scored the highest,followed by career frustration tolerance,career initiative score the lowest.The research results show that there are significant educational background differences in other occupational resilience,But no significant difference in gender,the type of kindergarten,professional title and the age of preschool teachers.(2)The work performance of preschool teachers are above the average level.Research from all dimensions,interpersonal facilitation scored highest,followed by work dedication,task performance scored lowest.There are significant educational background and professional title differences in other work performance.There are significant gender differences in other work dedicated;There was no significant difference in the type of kindergarten and the age of preschool teachers.(3)There is a significant positive correlation between preschool teachers' professional flexibility and work performance,indicating that the higher Occupational resilience,the higher Work performance.Among them,Occupational resilience and the work dedication in work performance are the highest. |
