The Study On The Current’s Situation For The Occupational Stress Of Preschool Teachers In Saihan District In Hohhot City

This study to Saihan District in Hohhot preschool teachers as the object research preschool teacher’s occupational stress, analysis the current situation, looking for the causes, put forward relief strategies in the community, kindergarten and teachers.The full text is divided into four sections:The first section is to raise questions. Presenting the research backdrop and current circumstances, discussing the topic of causes, analyzing the relational literatures. The second is the purpose and the meaning. At the same time, presenting the research methods.The second section is Saihan District in Hohhot preschool teachers’ occupational stress current situation. Referring to the previous questionnaire and self-compiling“Resurvey Questionnaire for Saihan District in Hohhot preschool teachers’ Pressure”. The questionnaire from teaching work、the development of personal ability、relationship with co-workers and family 、children and parents、the social status and salary、kindergarten management six dimensions to design. Choosing 113 preschool teachers to carry out this questionnaire, the another choose eight kindergarten teachers to interview with analysis. The results illustrate that: Most preschool teacher’s job occupational have lots of pressure in Saihan District in Hohhot; Own condition different preschool teachers with the occupational stress’ s degree is different; The society, the kindergarten, teacher individual affect teacher’s occupational stress.The third section is Saihan District in Hohhot preschool teachers ’ job occupational stress source analysis. The main sources are social、kindergarten and the teacher’s own quality are lead to teacher’s job professional pressure. For example: teachers’ ability level 、nature of the work、family、income and pay imbalance、low status、social inequality、the society and parents’ high requirements、the society and parents do not understand and support、children particularity、management undemocratic、evaluation and examination is not objective、complex interpersonal relationship and so on.The fourth section is countermeasures for dealing with preschool teacher’s job professional pressure. This section is an important conclusion of this study, put forward from the society, kindergarten and teachers’ effort, various cooperation, to alleviate the preschool teacher occupation pressure. First, the society must understand and support the work of kindergarten teachers, improve the social status and salaries of preschool teachers, strengthen the access threshold; Secondly, kindergarten should carry out democratic management 、 make objective and fair evaluations 、 improve teachers’ working environment and condition、strengthen mutual exchange、strengthen guidance kindergarten teachers’ mental health; Finally, preschool teachers should proper understanding stress, face the pressure, establish a correct outlook on life and values,carry out effective way to relieve stress.
