| This study to Saihan District in Hohhot preschool teachers as the object research preschool teacher’s occupational stress, analysis the current situation, looking for the causes, put forward relief strategies in the community, kindergarten and teachers.The full text is divided into four sections:The first section is to raise questions. Referring to the previous questionnaire and self-compiling“Resurvey Questionnaire for Saihan District in Hohhot preschool teachers’ Pressureâ€. The questionnaire from teaching workã€the development of personal abilityã€relationship with co-workers and family ã€children and parentsã€the social status and salaryã€kindergarten management six dimensions to design. Choosing 113 preschool teachers to carry out this questionnaire, the another choose eight kindergarten teachers to interview with analysis. The results illustrate that: Most preschool teacher’s job occupational have lots of pressure in Saihan District in Hohhot; Own condition different preschool teachers with the occupational stress’ s degree is different; The society, the kindergarten, teacher individual affect teacher’s occupational stress.The third section is Saihan District in Hohhot preschool teachers ’ job occupational stress source analysis. The main sources are socialã€kindergarten and the teacher’s own quality are lead to teacher’s job professional pressure. For example: teachers’ ability level ã€nature of the workã€familyã€income and pay imbalanceã€low statusã€social inequalityã€the society and parents’ high requirementsã€the society and parents do not understand and supportã€children particularityã€management undemocraticã€evaluation and examination is not objectiveã€complex interpersonal relationship and so on.The fourth section is countermeasures for dealing with preschool teacher’s job professional pressure. This section is an important conclusion of this study, put forward from the society, kindergarten and teachers’ effort, various cooperation, to alleviate the preschool teacher occupation pressure.
