The professional adaptation of new teachers is an essential stage in their career,the beginning of the teacher's career,and the most critical stage in their career development.The good vocational adaptation of teachers is conducive to their professional development.Psychological elasticity is one of the factors affecting the mental health of teachers.As a qualified teacher,their physical and mental health is necessary.Therefore,it is of certain theoretical and practical significance to study the correlation between vocational adaptation and psychological resilience of new kindergarten teachers.This research mainly adopts the survey method and interview method to investigate the new nursery teachers,and analyzed the relationship between vocational adaptability and psychological resilience of newly enrolled kindergarten teachers.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The professional adaptation level of new kindergarten teachers is at the upper middle level,and the development of occupational adaptation is unbalanced;the vocational adjustment level of new kindergarten teachers is significantly different in gender,age,teaching experience,major,education and kindergarten demographic variables.(2)The psychological elasticity level of newly enrolled nursery teachers is at the middle and upper level,the development of psychological elasticity is unbalanced,and there are significant differences in the demographic variables of age,teaching age,education background,major and kindergarten type.(3)There is a significant positive correlation between the vocational adaptation and the psychological resilience of the newly enrolled kindergarten teachers,and the psychological resilience level of the teachers can predict the degree of their vocational adaptation to a certain extent.Based on the above research results,this study puts forward relevant suggestions for improving the new kindergarten teachers' vocational adaptability and psychological elasticity level,and from the social level,kindergarten and teachers.
