As the problem of population aging has evolved from a regional problem to a global problem,many countries around the world have paid more attention to solving the issues brought about by the wave of silver hair.Some countries have even raised it to a strategic level.Since the beginning of the 21 st century,our society has gradually stepped into the development trend of aging,becoming a real aging country.Then the physical and psychological problems exposed to the elderly are becoming more and more serious.One of the important reasons is the lack of life education for the elderly.As the main institution of the elderly education in our country,the University for the elderly has 37 years of development history,and shows a vigorous trend.Its curriculum construction also shows the characteristics of gradual refinement of types and continuous expansion of quantity and scale.However,it needs to be noted that due to the influence and restriction of the application experience and the serious lack of theoretical research,the curriculum of the University for the aged has a strong leisure orientation,which can only meet the surface needs.The potential needs and intrinsic life value of the elderly are ignored.The further improvement of the life education curriculum has become an outstanding problem to be solved.In this context,this study investigates and analyzes the current situation of life education for the elderly in China and the reasons for the existing problems,and makes clear the corresponding strategies,so as to provide an important reference for the development of life education for the elderly in China.The research content of this paper includes four parts:The first part is mainly the introduction part,which introduces the research purpose,research background purpose and relevant research significance of this paper,expounds the research overview of the elderly life education in the current background at home and abroad,and expounds the specific research methods and research contents.The second part makes clear the definition and concept of life education,and puts forward the important theoretical basis.First of all,through the interpretation of active aging,mining its profound connotation,lay the theoretical foundation of pedagogy for research;secondly,by referring to the theories of elderly psychology and life philosophy,lay the psychological and philosophical foundation for research;finally,from the perspective of active aging,the paper analyzes the ought to be state of life education for the elderly,involving the maintenance of physical health and life safety of the elderly,the elderly and society We will strengthen the relationship between all sectors and realize the life value of the elderly.The third part analyzes the actual situation of the construction of life education curriculum in China's universities for the aged,mainly including three sections.The first section makes data statistics and Analysis on the current situation of life education curriculum construction in the elderly university;the second section analyzes the interview results on the current situation of life education in an elderly university;the third section summarizes the problems of the construction of life education curriculum for the elderly based on literature and survey results: including the lack of unified curriculum standards,the limited number of life education courses,and the natural life education The curriculum is unreasonable,the content of social life education is not perfect,and the curriculum design of spiritual life education is not standardized.The main causes of the above problems are analyzed and the problems are found.The fourth part puts forward countermeasures for the construction of life education curriculum for the elderly,that is,from the design and development of curriculum objectives,the formulation and application of construction principles,the planning and practice of curriculum types,the selection and play of curriculum content and other aspects,to make a preliminary idea for the construction of life education curriculum for the elderly.
