Research On Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education Policy And Its Implementation Effect In Universities Of Jiangxi Province

In 2015,innovation and entrepreneurship education elevated the height of the national strategy,the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities improved the innovation and entrepreneurship policy system of national and local governments,and set off a nationwide upsurge of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation".As a hot topic of higher education reform,this paper investigates whether its education policies in JiangXi province has reached the expected goals?How does it work?Is it releasing a lot of economic dividends?It is a topic that current educators,education authorities and all sectors of society wish to understand and provide new experience for future policy upgrading through specialized research.Firstly,this paper use literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and comparative study to study the implementation effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education policy.Firstly,it sorted out and analyzed the 150 policy documents related to innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities since 2015,selected the 8 national guiding policies and 4 local policies with the highest degree of correlation,and sorted out the implementation of the policies in JiangXi Province.Secondly,using the method of questionnaire investigation,interview from creative teaching policy,innovation,entrepreneurship practice,innovation,innovation service policy,innovation,entrepreneurship policy four dimensions,there are a number of indicators,through field investigation of six universities in JiangXi Province,the empirical analysis,clear since 2015 is analyzed to introduce all kinds of innovation effect of entrepreneurship education policy in jiangxi province colleges and universities the status quo,analysis of achievements and the existing problems and causes,from the survey result,It is found that the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education policy in jiangxi province has some problems,such as low motivation for the long-term development of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching policy,low conversion rate of innovation and entrepreneurship practicepolicy results,unsatisfactory satisfaction degree of innovation and entrepreneurship service policy,and imperfect organization of innovation and entrepreneurship management policy institutions.Then,by means of comparative study,the author studied the valuable educational achievements and experiences of ZheJiang and GuangDong provinces,where the policies of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities were well implemented,and found the gaps and found the experiences worth learning.Zhejiang and GuangDong provinces set up a new incubation platform to promote the implementation of projects,invite enterprises to build a bridge for innovative resource sharing,select investment funds for high-quality projects to improve the rate of return,set up a model for innovation and entrepreneurship to link regional development and other practices,and make reference and promotion based on the situation of JiangXi Province.Finally,according to the government function theory,entrepreneurial system theory,entrepreneurial supply and demand theory to improve the policy implementation effect of Suggestions: first,promote the system and teaching policy construction;Second,we will activate financial support and explore new policies for innovation and entrepreneurship.Third,we will provide necessary assistance to enrich policy support for innovation and entrepreneurship services.Fourth,we will intensify publicity efforts and formulate policies to support management of sustainable innovation and entrepreneurship.Through theoretical analysis and field investigation,the conclusions of this paper are as follows: first,the innovation and entrepreneurship education policy in colleges and universities in JiangXi Province has achieved certain effects,but the implementation of the innovation and entrepreneurship education policy cannot be accomplished overnight,and the effect of the policy implementation should be gradually accumulated.Therefore,the government and universities should adjust their strategies in time according to the actual situation to promote the regional economic construction and the upgrading and adjustment of industrial structure in jiangxi province.Second,the innovation and entrepreneurship education policy in collegesand universities in JiangXi Province is relatively complete,but the effect is not ideal.Innovation and entrepreneurship education policies formulated by the government and implemented by universities are by no means the end of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Whether the final implementation effect of the innovation and entrepreneurship education policy is consistent with the good wishes at the beginning of the policy formulation will be affected by the subjective initiative of university organizations and even each student,so it is necessary to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of all parties to strengthen cooperation.Therefore,the implementation effect of the innovation and entrepreneurship education policy depends on its overall effect,and the lack of support from any policy link may affect the implementation effect of the innovation and entrepreneurship education policy in colleges and universities in JiangXi Province.The innovation of this article is guided by theory of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in jiangxi province innovation policy,the implementation of the actual investigation,in reviewing the national and provincial innovation entrepreneurship policy on the basis of the summary,over policy implementation status and effect on the thorough analysis,draw lessons from the advanced province innovation entrepreneurship education policy implementation of successful experience,put forward the targeted to improve and perfect countermeasures and Suggestions of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in JiangXi Province innovation policy environment,put forward some new views and propositions.
