Primary school education is the foundation of the whole education.As the enlightener who affects children's life,primary school teachers play an important role in primary school education.Therefore,we must pay attention to the training of primary school teachers.In recent years,with the replacement of old and new teachers,especially since the public recruitment of the society,more and more young people have taken up the positions of teachers,and become the middle force of teachers.However,due to the lack of experience of new teachers,they always encounter various difficulties and problems in their initial positions,which hinders the smooth development of their work.At this time,new teachers are eager to get support from the government,schools,relevant departments,etc.The investigation found that the perfect and effective employment support can help new teachers to pass through the employment stage smoothly and complete the transformation of professional roles,which is an indispensable part of promoting the professional growth of new teachers.However,the research on new teachers' employment support started late in our country,and many regions and schools did not realize the importance of this problem.Some employment support is just floating in the form,which is not practical.Therefore,the current situation of new teachers' employment support needs further study.Here,I hope that through a small-scale investigation,from point to face,from small to large,to understand the status quo of new teachers' employment support in Y District of S City,and analyze the influencing factors,and then put forward improvement strategies.This paper is based on the questionnaire survey,supplemented by the interview survey.Focusing on the current situation of new teachers' employment support,this paper designs and carries out the questionnaire survey from five dimensions: the basic situation of new teachers,the situation of education and teaching support,the situation of interpersonal relationship support,the situation of professional development support and the situation of social security support,and analyzes the factors that affect the current situation of employment support,so as to summarize the influencing factors Element.Finally,through the analysis of influencing factors,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the origin,significance,methods,literature review at home and abroad,the definitionof related concepts,research ideas and content framework.The second part is the theoretical basis of new primary school teachers' employment support,including social support theory,lifelong education theory and teacher development stage theory.The third part analyzes the survey results of new teachers' employment support in 43 primary schools in Y District of s city.The fourth part analyzes the factors that affect the current situation of new teachers' employment support in 43 primary schools in Y District of s city.The fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions for the promotion of the new teachers' employment support in Y District of s city.Through the analysis of the influencing factors,it puts forward the improvement strategies from the government,relevant departments,schools,higher normal colleges and teachers themselves.
