The initial teacher education for teachers is an important link between pre-employment education and on-the-job education.It plays an important role in teacher education.A large number of studies have shown that the professional development problems faced by initial teachers who are on the job are indeed much more complicated than those of other teachers.Therefore,the study of the status quo of entry education for newly-employed teachers can timely solve problems encountered by new teachers at this stage,improve their behaviors,and meet the professional development needs of new teachers in the training process,so as to increase the effectiveness of their teaching,can better reduce the initial teacher turnover rate and promote the professional development of the initial teachers.This article uses literature research methods and investigation methods to conduct research,consult relevant papers and periodical databases,and borrow related educational monographs,extensively read related research materials,and grasp the overall status of research.Review the current domestic and foreign research on the entry education of new teachers,and classify and review the literature reviewed.Then,by investigating the status quo and problems of entry education for primary and secondary school teachers in Baoding,the main reasons for this problem are analyzed.On this basis,suggestions are put forward to improve the current status of entry education for teachers.This study has enriched the issues related to the entry education of newly-employed teachers,so as to better improve the effectiveness of entry-level education for newly-employed teachers and improve the professional development level of new teachers.The paper is mainly divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,expounding the reasons proposed in this study,the significance of the research,and a brief review of the domestic and foreign research on the entry education of newly-employed teachers,defining the concept of entry education for new teachers,and clarifying research methods and research ideas.Innovation.The second part is to study the theoretical basis of the entry education of the initial teachers.The theoretical basis is described from three aspects: constructivism theory,adult learning theory,and lifelong education theory.The third part is the data analysis of the status quo survey of induction education for primary and secondary school teachers in Baoding City.Based on questionnaire surveys and interviews,the results are summarized and summarized.The main problems in the current primary and secondary school teachers training in Baoding are discussed.The fourth part analyzes and discusses the causes of the main problems in the entry education of primary and secondary school teachers in Baoding.The fifth part is mainly aimed at the problems,combined with the actual situation of the entry education of primary and secondary school teachers in Baoding City,put forward the basic strategy to improve the status of entry education for primary and secondary school teachers in Baoding City.First,Baoding City's education department,district schools,and newly-established teachers are responsible for the improvement of related policies.Second,the training content should focus on the balance between theory and practice and improve pertinence.Third,rich training form is diversified and perfect,perfect education system.Fourth,we should increase the degree of emphasis,enhance the scientificity and effectiveness of training.Finally establish and improve the evaluation mechanism,and improve the effectiveness of induction training.
