Primary school teachers 'after-school services can not only meet the needs of parents,enrich students' after-school life,meet students 'individual needs,promote students' comprehensive,healthy and harmonious development,but also enhance school service capabilities and enhance school life appeal.The promulgation and implementation of the National Guiding Opinions on Doing Good After-School Service for Primary and Middle School Students in 2017 further promoted the development of after-school service in schools.At the same time,after-school services on campus gradually attracted the attention of the academic community,and related research results continued to increase.This study selected 221 teachers from six primary schools in Nanchang,Changsha and Yinchuan on the basis of sorting out relevant research results at home and abroad,accurately defining the content of after-school services in schools,and clarifying the characteristics and significance of after-school services in schools.Survey and research methods such as questionnaires and interviews,from the implementation of the after-school service policy in primary schools,the understanding of the after-school services of primary school teachers,the scale of the after-school services of primary school teachers,the content,methods,and organizational forms of the after-school services of primary school teachers,primary schools Undergraduate teachers 'after-school service remuneration,primary school teachers' after-school service mental state and emotional experience,primary school teachers 'after-school service effects and evaluation methods,primary school teachers' after-school service difficulties,concerns and expectations The status quo reveals that there are problems such as service cognitive deviation,monotonous service content,single service mode,short service time,and poor service status in the after-school services of elementary school teachers,and analyzes the main reason for the problem is the lack of implementation of the management system 1.The lack of after-school service teachers,the lack of awareness of parents 'coordination,and the diverse development needs of students,and then put forward strategies to improve the after-school service of primary school teachers:(1)optimize the teachers' after-school service environment,including the construction of a soft environment for teachers 'after-school services,Strengthen the hard environment configuration ofteachers 'after-school services;(2)enhance teachers' after-school service capabilities,including establishing awareness of active after-school services,and promote their professional development;(3)meet the diverse needs of students,including enriching after-school services Content,improve after-school service methods;(4)Actively build a home-school cooperation platform,including raising parents' awareness of cooperation and building a home-school cooperation platform.
