Investigation On The Current Situation Of Primary School Students' Extracurricular Reading And Countermeasures For Improvement

With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,the new education experiment puts forward ten actions of the education reform.Among them,the construction of a scholarly campus has been widely recognized by all walks of life in the society.Therefore,the construction of a good reading atmosphere,the cultivation of students' reading ability and the improvement of students' reading status have also been listed in the teachers' education work.In addition,primary school students are in the stage of forming a variety of habits,their reading interest,reading methods,reading habits are gradually growing,in the immature stage.Therefore,it is very important to cultivate reading interest and develop good reading habits for the growing students.Based on the above understanding,the author chooses "investigation of the current situation of extracurricular reading of primary school students and improvement measures" as the research topic.This paper has sorted out relevant domestic and foreign literature on primary school students' reading,extracurricular reading,reading campus,etc.,determined specific research content and methods according to the research topic,and clarified the research focus according to the actual situation of ZSL primary school in zhenjiang.Some students from grade 1 to grade 6 of ZSL primary school in zhenjiang city were selected as survey samples by questionnaire method.Based on the survey results,this paper systematically analyzes the types,methods,time and attitudes of students to read books after class,and summarizes the general rules of students' reading.At the same time,interviews were conducted with 6 Chinese teachers in ZSL primary school to analyze the after-class reading environment in ZSL primary school.During the internship of one semester,the author used observation method to investigate the construction of "scholarly campus" of ZSL primary school in zhenjiang city,and made a detailed analysis of the survey results by using data analysis software.Based on the classification and summary of the current situation of extracurricular reading of ZSL primary school students,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of extracurricular reading of ZSL primary school students,and expounds the reasons that affect the current situation of extracurricular reading of students.According to the survey results,the paper puts forward specific strategies to improve students' reading status: first,to create a "bookish campus" to enhance students' reading ability;Secondly,build a "bookish family" to cultivate students' reading habits;Third,build a "bookish society" to improve students' reading quality.The introduction of specific strategies can effectively promote the formation of a good,stable reading atmosphere in primary schools.For other schools to improve the status of extracurricular reading lay a solid foundation,provide valuable reference.ing lay a solid foundation,provide valuable reference.
