The morality and rule of law course in junior high school is the key course to carry out the fundamental task of moral cultivation.According to The Provisions Of The Ideological And Moral Curriculum Standards For Compulsory Education(2011)and The Legal Education Program For Teenagers(2016),combining with the requirements of the new curriculum reform,it is essential to each the basic theoretical knowledge of morality and the rule of law in classroom,as well as cultivating the core discipline quality of students.Emotional experience and moral practice are the most important learning methods in the course of morality and rule of law.Political quality is an important component of core literacy.Therefore,we should build the strategy dominated by the students,in the topic of political cognition quality in the form of students' participation experience activities in this learning course,in order to stimulate the participation degree,cultivate higher political identity accomplishment for junior high school students.Thus,it has become the important topic of the new curriculum reform.Unique feature of this paper is to explore the procedures and specific requirements of the experiential approach toward junior middle school students accomplishment of political identification,based on morality and the rule of law "our dream" in the course of case teaching.More importantly,it analyzed how to apply experiential teaching method to deepen the students' political cognition,strengthen students' political emotion and determination,so that the students' political behavior can be highly strengthened.It also tries to integrate the moral lessons and the rules of law with specific situation and life experience,to impose practical comprehension of the real experience,enhance their political identity,so as to achieve the purpose of cultivating students' political identification literacy.Specifically,this paper is mainly composed of the following five parts.Part Ⅰ: introduction.This paper mainly introduces the background and significance of this research,the literature review of relevant researches at home and abroad,the research methods,the innovation and shortcomings.Part Ⅱ: the theory explanation of experiential teaching method and political identity accomplishment.The first part is the connotation and characteristics of experiential teaching method and the theoretical basis of experiential teaching method.The second part is the connotation and characteristics of political identity literacy.The significance of cultivating junior middle school students' political identity literacy through experiential teaching method is expounded on the above foundation.Part Ⅲ: the application of experiential teaching method to cultivate junior high school students' political identity literacy status,existing problems and causes.Through the questionnaire survey of students and the interview with teachers,the author understands the current situation of cultivating junior middle school students' political identity literacy by using experiential teaching method,and analyzes the existing problems and their causes from the two aspects of students and teachers.Part Ⅳ: the basic principles and main methods of cultivating junior middle school students' political identity literacy by means of experiential teaching method.This paper introduces four basic principles and four main methods to cultivate junior high school students' political identity accomplishment by experiential teaching method.Part Ⅴ: this part is the core content of this paper containing the process and case analysis of cultivating junior middle school students' political identity literacy with experiential teaching method.The teaching case conducted the lesson ‘Our Dream' in Grade Nine of morality and the rule of law course in junior school.We designed to use experiential teaching method to cultivate junior middle school students of political identity literacy program and the specific teaching requirements.We also analyzed how to use the experience type teaching method to deepen political cognition,strengthen the political emotion,strong political will and political behavior.
