In 2022,the Ministry of Education released the "Curriculum Standards for Moral and Rule of Law in Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)"(hereinafter referred to as the "New Curriculum Standards"),which specifically explains the five core qualities of moral and rule of law in the compulsory education stage,namely political identity,moral cultivation,rule of law concept,sound personality,and sense of responsibility.Among them,the cultivation of students’ political identity literacy aims to cultivate them into socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor.Therefore,studying the strategies for cultivating students’ political identity literacy in middle school moral and rule of law courses is of great practical significance.This article elaborates on the value of cultivating political identity literacy based on the main changes in the new and old curriculum standards of compulsory education morality and rule of law,namely the proposal of the core literacy of compulsory education morality and rule of law discipline.The focus is on political identity in the core literacy of compulsory education morality and rule of law discipline.By conducting a questionnaire survey on middle school students and conducting interviews with some moral and rule of law teachers in middle school,the current situation is explored based on the obtained data and cultivation strategies are proposed.This article consists of four parts: The introduction section mainly outlines the research background,significance,methods,and innovative points,and summarizes relevant literature.The first chapter explains the main changes in the new curriculum standards,explains the concept of political identity in the new curriculum standards,and explores the value of cultivating students’ political identity literacy.Chapter 2 analyzes the problems and reasons in the cultivation of political identity literacy among middle school students in moral and legal courses under the new curriculum standards,namely,there is a lack of political understanding and theoretical reserves on the part of students;Lack of political emotions and low self-awareness;Insufficient political practice,low participation in activities,and a single teaching method among teachers;Lack of in-depth theoretical research;Problems such as inadequate resource integration.Chapter 3 proposes targeted strategies for cultivating political identity literacy among middle school students in moral and legal courses.To provide some useful references and inspirations for the cultivation of political identity literacy among middle school students in moral and legal courses. |
