With the reform of the curriculum and the advancement of quality education,the development of teachers' teaching ability has also become a focus of attention in the field of pedagogy,and the beginning teacher is the beginning stage of the entire teacher's career,is the key period to train a qualified excellent teacher,and pay attention to the beginning teachers The development of teaching ability is not only to meet the needs of the new curriculum reform,but also to implement the national teacher team building policy.However,in practice,there are also many problems with the teaching ability of beginning teachers in primary schools.Although many researchers at home and abroad have studied this issue,further exploration is needed.The author summed up the experience and achievements of the predecessors,and divided the teaching ability of beginning teachers in primary schools into four aspects,namely teaching design ability,teaching operation ability,teaching monitoring ability and teaching reflection ability.The teaching design ability can be specifically divided into the ability to understand students,the ability to organize and process teaching content,the ability to produce teaching aids,and the ability to design teaching introduction;the teaching operation ability can be divided into classroom language expression ability,classroom time grasping ability,teaching design Ability to doubt,and design on blackboard;teaching monitoring ability can be divided into classroom teaching organization and management ability,classroom ability to evaluate students in a timely manner,classroom machine intelligence ability,teaching reflection ability is mainly divided into feedback ability for grade assignment and interpersonal communication ability,etc..This article mainly surveys the beginning teachers of some elementary schools in Neijiang City.It investigates and analyzes the teaching abilities of beginning teachers in primary schools through literature research,survey research,and comparative research.The survey finds that the teaching abilities of beginning teachers in the area are mainly Insufficient design teaching introduction ability in teaching design ability,insufficientchoice of teaching methods,and lack of ability to make teaching aids.Classroom language expression is not clear in classroom operation,classroom management ability is lacking,and three strokes are not standardized;teaching The classroom management ability and teaching wit in monitoring ability are insufficient;teaching reflection ability is generally poor.They are rarely able to feedback teaching by correcting homework and actively consulting the opinions of other senior teachers.The author also analyzes the reasons for these problems.The main reasons are that pre-service education neglects the cultivation of practical ability of normal students;the induction training lacks scientific and reasonable system specifications;the lack of relevant system guarantees and support for post-service training and the lack of independent development consciousness of new teachers.Based on this,this article proposes solutions from four aspects: improving the pre-service education system of normal colleges,innovating on-the-job training models for incumbent schools,strengthening the in-service training system of in-service schools,and enhancing teachers' initiative.
