Education is the foundation of a hundred years’ plan.Teachers are the foundation of education.Teachers are the foundation of education and the source of education development,it is responsible for ensuring the healthy growth of every child and the satisfactory education of the people.An excellent teacher should have lofty moral character,solid knowledge and strong practical ability.Mao Zedong once said in his theory of 《On Practice》,"Truth is discovered through practice,and truth is proved and developed through practice." This shows the importance of practical ability.The cultivation of primary school general teachers has the requirements of "complete knowledge","multiple disciplines" and "wide integration".However,in practice,the cultivation of the practical ability of primary school general teachers still fails to meet the requirements.At present,in the remote rural areas of southeast and northeast of Chongqing,there are still a large number of small schools scattered in villages.There are some problems in these schools,such as poor running conditions,unreasonable discipline structure,insufficient multi-discipline integration ability of teachers,and large turnover of teachers.According to the above phenomenon,the Chongqing municipal people’s government to actively support and to carry out the public primary school general teacher training mode,use "U-G-S" make colleges and universities,local governments,research institutions,primary connection for an organic whole,to enhance the general elementary school teachers’ practical ability,improve the quality of the general elementary school teacher training,meet the requirements of rural basic education development,and for small school teachers team construction blazed a new road.Based on man’s all-round development theory and the theory of teacher professional development,teachers’ professional level 2016 pre-service primary school general undergraduate students as the research object.The research was carried out in 5 colleges and universities in Chongqing that trained general education teachers in primary schools,doled out 440 questionnaires,interviewed 28 primary school normal school students and college teachers who participated in the education of primary school teachers.According to the investigation,there are the following problems in the cultivation of the practical ability of general education teachers in primary schools at the undergraduate level: the school philosophy is outdated,and the quality of teachers cannot keep up with the needs of general education;The lack of students’ energy input leads to their poor practical ability;The effect of educational practice is poor and educational study is lacking.The curriculum is old and the training plan is not clear.Furthermore,this paper analyzes the reasons from three aspects: educational administrative departments,institutions of higher learning and individual students.Inadequate investment in education.Colleges and universities: training ideas to be updated;The curriculum is not reasonable;The evaluation supervision mechanism is not perfect;There is a relative lack of practice platforms.Individual aspects of students: insufficient energy input;Weak sense of self-cultivation;Lack of motivation to learn.Based on this,combined with the school experience of emphasizing foundation,attaching importance to ability and developing piano,chess,calligraphy and painting in an all-round way,refer to the United States,South Korea,Finland,Japan and Germany and other countries attach importance to education practice,the successful experience of the cultivation of reflective teachers,this article mainly from the perspective of the country,the institutions of higher learning,the general teachers’ individual improvement strategy is put forward,in order to promote studies general ability of the teachers’ practice,for the healthy development of basic education in China to lay a solid foundation.At the national level: optimize the teacher certification system;We will increase funding for education.University level: renew the concept of cultivation;Improve the curriculum structure;Organizing discipline competitions;Improve the evaluation supervision mechanism;Build practice platform;We will implement the dual tutorial system.Individual level of general teachers: increase their own energy input;Cultivate self-cultivation consciousness;Participate in practice research.
