| With the wide application of computer and network as the core technology in all areas of society, Twenty-first century has entered the information age. However, in the field of education, e-bag, as the learning new terminal has been widely used, and the people are paying more and more attention. However, how the e-bag teacher’s teaching ability is developing, we are less understanding currently, e-bag want to be promoted largely, the teacher’s teaching ability is a big problem.In early2012to2014, The author has full participated in the process of Shaanxi Province e-bag projects, and founded the e-bag teacher’s teaching ability existing various problems. Therefore, the author is writing the thesis from this point, aims to understand the effective way of e-bag teachers’teaching ability development, and puts forward the strategies to enhance e-bag teachers’ teaching ability.In the article, The author used the literature, interview, questionnaire, action research method and so on, in the e-bag classroom, to research e-bag teachers’teaching ability development and existing problems, and put forward improving teachers’ teaching ability strategy, and verifies the effective strategy, aims to provide some theoretical guidance to promote e-bag in the future.The framework of this article is as follows:Chapter1:Introduction. Mainly introduces background of the paper, the thesis is put forward in what context; E-bag teachers’teaching ability research status at home and abroad; The purpose and significance of the study; The research mentality and method; feasibility analysis and so on.Chapter2:The core definition of the concept and theoretical interpretation. Which introduces the core concepts and theoretical basis used in the paper.Chapter3:The investigation and analysis of e-bag teachers’teaching ability. The main context is the design of questionnaire, selecting teachers for the survey, collecting and analysis the data, interviews record and the analysis of the survey results.Chapter4:The promotion of e-bag teachers’ teaching ability development strategy. According to the data analysis results and the interviews record in the third chapter, promoting the e-bag teachers’ teaching ability development R-N diagram, and carries on the detailed paper for each path.Chapter5:The verify of the strategy’s for effectiveness. The fourth chapter of the strategy, in order to ensure the implementation of the strategy, to verify the strategy’s effectiveness in the e-bag classroom.Chapter6:Summary and outlook, which analyzes the innovation and inadequacies of this study, and points out the future research. |
