Research On Integration Of Welfare Resources Of The Disabled Children From The Perspective Of Social Work

Children are the hope of the country,the future of a nation.A large number of disabled children are getting more and more attention from national government departments.However,the welfare service resources for disabled children in China are relatively scattered and less specialized,so it is urgent to promote the integration of the service resources for disabled children.This research is from the perspective of welfare governance,taking S social work agency service projects as the platform,which integrates and utilizes the power of government,social organizations,market,community,family and other subjects.On the one hand,it enriches the supply system of the welfare resources of the disabled children and makes the service get the effective resource support,on the other hand,it has realized the service delivery mode with the linkage of multiple subjects,which can flexibly grasp the needs of service objects and provide high-quality services for them by virtue of the project,realizing the goal of welfare governance from the practice of service projects.In addition,through the analysis of the practice of social service projects,it is concluded that there are still some outstanding problems in the integration of resources in the form of projects,such as the lack of institutional integration,barriers to cooperation between social work institutions and other welfare subjects,and the professional difficulties of social work institutions.On the basis of the theory of welfare governance,this paper proposes to build a whole global integration mechanism,and a good cooperative relationship with other welfare resource providers.In addition,social work institutions should strengthen professional training in the field of social work in child welfare and further clarify the social workers' self-positioning.Only in this way can we effectively integrate welfare resources and promote the development of children's welfare.
