Practice Assessment Of Lonely Child Welfare Project ——Take The Child Welfare Project Of City B As An Example

Alone children are the focus of attention in China’s social welfare system.Paying attention to the diversified needs of orphaned children and optimizing the welfare supply of orphaned children are the focus of all sectors of society.Nowadays,China’s child welfare work has entered a period of rapid development,and the welfare concept has gradually changed to the direction of universal benefit.The government has also established the basic living security system for the assistance of stray children and orphans.In this context,the practice and development of social work projects are improved,so that social work institutions to participate in the welfare work of abandoned children.However,through the combing of the project practice,in the process of comprehensive evaluation of the welfare project,it is found that although the child welfare project practice in China has improved the service quality of the abandoned children to some extent,there are also deficiencies in the project implementation efficiency,evaluation,supervision and resource channels.On this basis,according to the problems reflected in the practice process of the project,relevant project optimization suggestions are put forward from multiple angles,so that the abandoned child welfare project can benefit more abandoned children.Relying on the child welfare project of B city,this paper discusses the shortcomings and optimization methods of the abandoned child welfare project.The child welfare project of B City is launched under the background of the development of the new social governance model,and strives to give full play to the advantages of localization of private institutions to help the all-round healthy growth of abandoned children in the city of B City Children’s Welfare Home.At the same time,observation and interview research methods were used to study the service implementation process of the project.The study found that:（1）in the implementation process of abandoned child welfare projects,social work institutions can give full play to their independent advantages,integrate various resources such as manpower,capital and infrastructure,the service index quota is even overfulfilled,and the management process is scientific and reasonable.（2）Through the satisfaction evaluation of the welfare home staff and the evaluation of the physical and psychological behavior of the lonely abandoned children,mainly including language expression,movement ability,interpersonal relationship,emotional control and other aspects,it is found that the lonely abandoned children have improved in varying degrees in the project practice.（3）Although the project practice process has achieved many achievements,there are also some needs to be improved in resource link channels,rights and responsibilities of social workers,and project systematization.This paper evaluates the child welfare project in B city from multiple angles,and finds that there are some deficiencies in the implementation of the abandoned child welfare project,and there is still a lot of room for optimization.On the basis of project practice,we reflect on the abandoned child welfare projects,in view of these problems and deficiencies,and optimize the project practice process,project implementation efficiency,resource access channels and other aspects.
