Orphaned and disabled children live in orphanages as a special group.What is missing in their lives is not only the concept of family,but also the lack of self-awareness.They often show a confusion about their future life.status.As orphan children in orphanages generally live in collective ways,this type of centralized parenting model is difficult to meet the individual needs of orphans and disabled children.As a member of society,orphans and disabled children also have their own potential and growth needs,and they are eager to gain happiness and existence by improving their abilities.However,in the process of growing up,orphans and orphans in the welfare homes,because of their relatively closed living environment.and their lack of family companions from an early age,they failed to meet their basic needs.Trouble.If they fail to meet their basic needs in childhood,they will lead to many difficulties when they grow up,such as when interacting with other people,seemingly friendly but emotionally distanced,and judge themselves too low.It is necessary to study the practical interventions of social work involving orphans and disabled children to help them improve their social integration.Under the guidance of the theory of empowerment,social support,and theories of people in context,this study combines the psychosocial treatment model to improve the social integration ability of orphans and disabled children.Among them,the social integration ability referred to in this article refers specifically to orphans.Interpersonal communication ability,emotional management ability and psychological perception ability of disabled children.This article takes Linxiazhou M Child Welfare Home,one of the "three districts and three states" in the country's deeply impoverished areas as an example.Based on in-depth contact with orphans and disabled children,the orphanage understands the real needs,and designs and implements case work Research on social work practice intervention with group work as the main intervention means.First,learn the basic situation of orphans and disabled children in M Child Welfare Institute of Linxia Prefecture through participatory observation and in-depth interviews.At the same time,conduct interviews with the staff of M Welfare Institute to further determine their existing problems and needs.Based on understanding and determining the needs.design and formulate a practical intervention plan for reasonable case counseling and group activities,and carry out corresponding social work practical intervention activities in accordance with the formulated plan.In practice,the intervention plan should be adjusted and improved in a timely manner according to the effect of the intervention and existing shortcomings.Finally,evaluate the effectiveness of practical interventions,reflect on existing problems and deficiencies,and make targeted recommendations.The effect of practical intervention proves that the combination of case counseling and group activities can effectively improve the social integration ability of orphans and disabled children in welfare homes,which has a certain impact on service targets.Based on a review of the practice intervention research process,the author reflects on the problems encountered in the practice intervention process and the deficiencies in the use of methods and techniques,and summarizes the intervention techniques and practical experience worthy of reference.The case counseling in the practical intervention process mainly focuses on improving the ability of the service object in the three dimensions of interpersonal communication,emotional management and psychological feeling.Among them,the case counseling services were conducted in five stages before and after the theme of "communication and communication","support and companionship","coaching and venting","cognition and acceptance",and "confidence and growth".Through face-to-face,one-on-one case counseling services,the service objects have deepened their self-awareness,gained self-confidence,and inspired their own potential.The group activities also mainly focused on enhancing the ability of the service object in the three dimensions of interpersonal communication,emotional management and psychological feelings,and carried out "Fate together","Grow together hand in hand","We are a family","We All are the same "and five group activities with the theme of" No Limits in Life".Through participatory group interactive activities,the social integration ability of the clients is further consolidated and enhanced.
