| Employment is related to the stability of the social order of the country.College students are not only the succession of the socialist modernization construction,but also the important carrier of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the strategy of giving priority to employment.The employment of college students is more related to national rejuvenation and social development,and is an important driving force to promote social and economic development.The employment policy of college students is also an important part of China's public policy.With the severe employment situation of college students in recent years,the government has continuously introduced employment promotion policies to ease the employment pressure,and initially formed a relatively complete employment policy system for college students.But it is worth noting that in the process of the concrete implementation of university students' employment policy still exist many problems,how to better promote the university students' employment adequately,give full play to human resources,talent resources should be utilized to professional ability in order to make further contributions to the national and social development is also worthy of current society from all walks of life to explore the social hot spot.This study attempts to college students' employment policy,focusing on chongqing and borrow the idealized policy of Smith model,actuator,target groups,these four factors are environmental factors of chongqing university students' employment policy implementation process,and through the word frequency analysis method,interview method and questionnaire survey method and the method on college students' employment policy text,unit of choose and employ persons and college students study respectively,analyzes the deep reasons of the current college students employment policy enforcement.The whole dissertation is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which elaborates the research background and significance of this dissertation in detail.The research status,research methods,possible innovation points and shortcomings in the research at home and abroad are expounded.The second part mainly expounds the theoretical basis of research,in the policy process theory research of this article research,and from the concept of university students' employment and college students' employment policy,defined according to the scholars and the concept of university students' employment for college students,it is concluded that this article research scope and definition,at the same time of the Smith model are in detail described and introduced,and launched on this model is suitable for research model in this dissertation.The third part is to use the word frequency analysis method to systematically analyze the text of employment policy of college students in China,and to analyze the basic policy framework of the current employment policy of college students according to the policy word frequency.The fourth part,from the perspective of Smith model,analyzes the current situation of college students' employment policy implementation based on four factors: employment policy,executive agency,target group and environmental factors.The fifth part,based on the analysis of the current situation,analyzes the deficiencies in the implementation of the employment policy for college students in chongqing,and points out that there are some problems in the implementation of the employment policy for college students in chongqing,such as the imperfect policy system,the insufficient policy execution and the insufficient employment ability of college students.The sixth part is based on the problems existing in the course of college students' employment policy in chongqing,points out the current our country in promoting college students' employment policy,can adopt the feasible Suggestions,we will continue to improve the university students' employment policy system,refining the specific content of the employment policy,improve the professional level of employment policy enforcement agencies,improve university students' employment ability,college students employment miss to enhance and optimize the execution of the university students' employment policy in China.In the research process of this dissertation,the idea of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis is adopted,and the research is carried out on the premise of statistical analysis of data.This dissertation hopes to conduct in-depth investigation and research,and make its own contribution to further optimize and promote the implementation of employment policies for college students. |
